We chose not to stay there after hearing about the experience a fellow family member had the night before. They had a mattress that was wet with urine and had clean sheets over the top of it. There were no other rooms available and management wasn't much help.

Pros: I did not like nothing about this hotel. Will NOT stay again at this hotel.
Customer service was very poor. There was no hot water and shower head was all clog. No ironing board. The room did not smell clean at all. Call the front desk several times and manager was never available. On check out day at 10:30 a.m. the manager was still not there. They took my cell number and told me that the manager would call me back and I still have not heard from the manager.

The room was nice and clean. The only problem I encountered was the light between the beds did not have a switch to turn it on. Housekeeping will knock on the door between 10 and 10:15am that is not a bad thing unless you had a long night before. LOL You may want to ask for "DO NOT DISTURB" sign at check in. The staff was very pleasent and helpful.

I was not impressed with my first impression of this hotel. When I went in to check in, the smell of curry perminated the entire lobby area. I think that some air freshners or plug-ins would be helpful in this instance. I noticed that the bathroom floor in my room was not mopped. I called down to the front desk for more towels and had to answer 20 questions before I was given the towels.... I was not impressed.

Location: Just off I59 in Porter, TX
This hotel was in a convenient location just off of I59 in Porter very close to the FM 1314 intersection. There was a Walmart, Kroger, and several eating establishments very close by. The room was comfortable and all four in my family felt that they got a good night's sleep. The elevator was out of order, making us use the stairs, instead. Although we did not use the pool, it looked clean and others were using it. This was a nice motel with a very reasonable price.

This is a decent hotel. It was quiet at night. It had a full size fridge, a stove top and a safe but no microwave. It was clean except that someone had urinated in the toilet but did not flush it. Other than that it was cool.

The people are very friendly at this hotel. It is right off the bypass and rooms are very well laid out especially the king bed rooms. They have a small separation between the living room and bedroom. Enjoyed my stay very much.

The Super 8 in Porter is convenient to Kingwood, Humble, and the Houston airport. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. It is an older refurbished motel. The breakfast was limited and the road noise from Hwy 59 can be annoying. For someone wanting a comfortable room at a very low price, this is a great choice.
