Great Customer Service

I had the best experience at this hotel. I came over from a sister property of theres with issues and Domonique E took care of me without hesitation. Domonique Customer Service was Superb, she was friendly and her smile made brightened up the day i was having. Shana J was also a sweet heart she stepped in to assist me as soon as she seen me. Shana customer service and friendliness was also great. Last Stop was Chris H the front desk Manager he was very calm and supportive he made sure i was taken care of and that i was okay. The team at Park Inn was Awesome. I am big on Customer Service and i appreciate how i was handled from beggining to end.

One night stay

Pros: Restaurant, shuttle, free wifi, room
Cons: Hallway noise
Location: Did not get out, stayed I'm.
Here for one night after flying in for appointment earlier in Sugarland. Had king guest room with wet bar. Room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Reastaurant served a tasty pasta (albeit expensive) and checking in and out took less than 2 minutes each time. Shuttle to airport arrived promptly(every 30mins until 8 a.m) for early morning flights. What I DID NOT like was the noise from doors opening and closing. It was so loud and consistent. Wifi was good and continuous.

Overnight stay after the Astros game. Late check in. Very courteous and helpful staff. Townhouse w/upstairs bedroom. Older hotel but neat and clean. Only problem was the water drained slow out of the shower. Ask for 2:00pm checkout.

Excellent Location and Convenient

Pros: Location, Facilities and Cleanliness.
Location: Greenspoint Mall is close by, Very close to George Bush Intercontinental Airport and easy access to most highways.
Stayed with my family and we all loved it. The Location was convenient for us.

we really enjoyed the stay, clean nice friendly staff. I would of loved the free breakfast others offer at the same price. one thing I can dislike, the side gates were locked and the road to my nephew's home is on that street, we had to drive alllll the way around ( 10 mins) just to get to his house, as if the gates were open ( 2 mins)...

Pros: Nice bedroom comfort and very relaxing beds
Cons: Quicker shuttle service not on hotel list for shuttle meaning long wait
Location: Near busy road and Greenspoint mall which was hugely disappointing
Nice hotel, location of the hotel not so good, disappointing shuttle service

The place is middle of the road nothing fancy. One bright spot was the food in the small restaurant was very good , and served authentic Mexican dishes , the service was also excellent. Overall it is a decent place to stay for a night or 2 , but longer stays might wear on you

Good value for money.

Close to the airport. Clean, cheap with a shuttle. Takes a while to get hot water. Would be nice if there was breakfast available for the early morning traveller. When we asked what we could do as the restaurant would not be open the desk clerk just shrugged.

Whole ground floor under major renovation.

Big hotel under construction cold bad food room okay but hallways poorly marked need to detour thru to get to lobby area.
