Very nice.

Pros: Quiet. Loved the bar.
Cons: Maybe bigger sign. If you are not looking for it you could easily pass it up.
I was very pleased with this hotel. Staff was very helpful and polite. Nice, quiet. The restaurant and bar area was very relaxing.

The only problem I had on my last night there my power in my room was out all night but they did take of the situation.. Other than that my stay was nice..

No answer to phone calls and no airport pickup. when asked reception no proper response

A fun place for family or business

Although this was not a five star hotel, I gave it five stars because the staff was very friendly. The pool was not at all crowded and the noise level between rooms was non existent. I think the rooms are spaced just so that you don't hear your neighbors and that is nice. Also, I have a bad back and typically after a stay outside of my own bed would have me in pain for the next week. The beds were somewhat firm but very comfy. The cleaning crew was super attentive and friendly. I would def go back.

It's not the worse hotel

Overall the hotel & room was nice. The shuttle was an hour wait after making numerous calls & getting different reasons why I am standing outside in the hot & humid weather. The bus was hot & dirty. The driver drove really fast as I held onto my luggage that was not offered to be stored. Staff was ok & no apologies offered. Paid way more than other guest staying there.

Dirty and old

First room both beds were not made. Someone just left it. Smelled like smoke and it was suppose to be non smoking. Had to go back and get another room. Ac control you had no control of. Just horrible experience

Smelly but clean

Room had a stench about it. I called the front desk and they sent housekeeping with an air freshener.

Great Customer Service

I had the best experience at this hotel. I came over from a sister property of theres with issues and Domonique E took care of me without hesitation. Domonique Customer Service was Superb, she was friendly and her smile made brightened up the day i was having. Shana J was also a sweet heart she stepped in to assist me as soon as she seen me. Shana customer service and friendliness was also great. Last Stop was Chris H the front desk Manager he was very calm and supportive he made sure i was taken care of and that i was okay. The team at Park Inn was Awesome. I am big on Customer Service and i appreciate how i was handled from beggining to end.
