“Will continue to use this location”

Satisfied with our stay and we will be back. Kids loved the pool being deep enough to actually swim, it goes to 8'. Breakfast was great waffles were wonderful. Noise level was down and no roughness, trustworthy place to stay.

“Wonderful Stay”

This hotel is a great place to relax. I had no trouble checking in or out. The Continental Breakfast was great. The only one thing I did not like was the pillows.

“Enjoyable stay”

Perfect hotel for catching Astros games. Easy to Minute Maid and easy return. Hotel was very nice. Continental breakfast was excellent, even had biscuits and gravy. Fresh waffles. Large pool area. Will stay here again.

“Ok but could be better”

The only bad thing about the room is the tub did not drain very well. There was at least 3" of water standing as I took a shower. The staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was a little skimpy but ok. With it being a weekend I would have thought there would be eggs of some sort but there wasn't any.

“Not what expected.”

1) Cocroaches all over as soon as we got there at night. 2) No fridge or microwave as promised so we had to request it. The microwave got there at midnight so we lost some sleep waiting for it. 3) Sheets appeared old and stained. 4) Couldn't connect to wifi. Were told we could be moved to correct the problem. 5) Operator never answered the telephone when I called for service. 6) Room #264 was very hot due to A/C not cooling. Were told we could be moved to correct the problem. 7) At checkout, I was charged for a movie I never watched.

“Old and noisy”

Hotel right on the highway and VERY noisy at night. Not a great part of town.

“Not a good hotel”

When I first arrived at this hotel I felt very uneasy-parking lot is very poorly lit and even tho it was not really that late when I arrived the lobby was locked. While I was checking in this man made a comment that he needed to go make sure the room was ready & that the air conditioner was turned on etc. This was in the evening so why was this necessary? The room numbering is not clear, hard to find the room and the room do open up to the parking lot which as I said is not lit well and neither are the walkways. I do not know if the beds are comfortable or not since my uneasy feeling continued and I did leave without spending the night. The room did have a musty smell to it in the few minutes I was in the room. This hotel is not a good example of Quality Inn in my opinion and should be avoided especially if you are a woman traveling alone as I was.
