Location: Location great, all of West Houston at your disposal
Had to drive around the block three times, finally found it on a back street. The sign for Quality Inn in front is totally blocked by the dead leaves of a palm tree. When I went inside I was given a wise answer by the front desk. The breakfast was sub standard. Maintenance was needed every where. Broken tile and stinky elevator, slow drains and dirty halls.

Very short stay

Disappointed with the interior condition of the room. Rusty stains in bathroom. Dated bedding with musty smell. Breakfast was nice Staff was not too friendly. At check in, check out, and when leaving for a meal, staff was never at front desk. They were always hiding in the back office.

If you want to be sad and angry stay in this hotel. A lot of noise during night and you have to stay awake all the night!!!!

Unsafe hotel, rude staff

Cons: The staff, and the hotel.
Location: It's by the freeway.
When I arrived at this hotel, here's what happened. 1. My room door was open , however I closed it once I got in, the door had difficulty closing. 2. I notified the hotel staff in the evening when I returned and found the door open again. The front desk guy was just a figurehead and couldn't do anything (not even change rooms) so I waited til morning. 3. I posted the "do not disturb" sign on my door, yet housekeeping, knocked several times before walking away. 4. One of the front desk staff came back knocking real loud and woke me up. He asked me to come downstairs very rudely, saying that no one was supposed to be in my room. When downstairs, he asked for my ID and who checked me in (pretty snappy too). He said they had checked me into the wrong room even though they gave me keys to another room . How was I to blame for that? I cancelled my second night promptly and went to the holiday inn down the street. No regrets there, the difference is night and day. Don't be fooled and save yourself a lot of heartache. Don't stay here.

Not sure that i wan to come back again

Good service, convenient location, but didn't like the room.Room smelled like mildew,the carpet had a ripped seam.I can hear people talking next room. The pillow were small ,need more light in the room . Rest room was very clean daily. Breakfast was pretty good.
