Beware!!

Cons: To multiple to mention
Location: Dangerous part of town. Did not venture out.
The Hotel is located in a very bad area (I learned of this after my arrival). The Upstairs security door was not operating with a room key pass so management disarmed it and allowed anyone to enter. After arriving in the room I noticed red dots on the wall and could only conclude it was blood. I immediately went to hotel staff (very friendly and accommodating) and switched rooms. This room was better but not clean. Even though I paid for this room up front before my arrival as it was part of my package deal I paid additional money to stay elsewhere the following day.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. IT IS NASTY, STINKS AND NOTHING WORKS.

Location: There's a shopping plaza, right at the freeway.. No complaints!!
We had an awesome time for the one day we stayed in Houston. The staff was great and the facility was incredible... Couldn't ask for more...

Throughout my stay, housekeepers entered my room without my consent 6 times asking if I was checking out. I am very annoyed by this, I don't care if it's Christmas that is very unprofessional and annoying Front desk very helpful Clean beds! Nice room!

Non-smoking hotel with advertised smoking rooms

Pros: There is not one thing I like about this hotel.
Cons: Do not advertise smoking room in a non-smoking hotel.
We booked (and paid for) a smoking room. When we arrived to check in, we were told that the reservation came in as a non-smoking room and they didn't have any smoking rooms. We were also informed that the reservation was non-refundable and would need to contact Expedia for any future concerns. I understand the non-refundable policy to an extent, but they ACTIVELY ADVERTISE smoking rooms and a guest is allowed to reserve and pay for a smoking room, only to be told there are none and refused a refund. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were extremely helpful. Kudos and thank you, Expedia.

I stay at this hotel as a birthday getaway. The top bed covering had burn holes in it, but overall the hotel was great and the breakfast was awesome.
