Okay Room Great Staff

Posted Jul 26, 2014
The rooms are nothing spectacular. They are what you would expect for the price. Breakfast was a great selection with plenty of space to sit. The staff was very friendly and did everything in their power to make the customer happy. The location is great for airport stop overs.

Property is very tired and run down The kicker was when we noticed we only had 2 towels for 4 people. We called for more and they said come get them at the front desk, when we got there we only were given 1 extra towel......really!!?

Room needs some fixing; no hot water, needs water pressure, balcony door does not open. Good Shuttle transportation service.

Close to airport

The major benefit of this hotel is the proximity to the airport. It's an outdated old hotel. More breakfast options needed. They also need to update their airport shuttle.

It's ok

It's a good hotel for a layover flight. It's 5mins away from the airport and they have a shuttle. We had a quick breakfast before we headed out at 6am, which was convinient since we didn't have much time.

Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: Knockdown and rebuild.
Location: Gaze at the parking lot out your back door. Ride a bike to the airport.
Granted, you get what you pay for, but his place is not nice. Smells terrible. Restaurant was bad.

Ramada used to be better

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: the room was very comfortable and clean
Cons: staff politeness and room condition should be very much improved
Location: near to the airport is a good thing but there are dozens of other hotels nearby too
Since I used the airport phone for the shuttle service to the hotel the staff treated me very impolite they took ages to answer the phone and they even hanged up the phone to me when I was uncertain about the airport terminal I had arrived in. Finally I arrived to the hotel very tired after a journey of 17 hours to fond out that I had to be formed in line for another 30 minutes for the check in in the hotel with only 4 customers before me. The room condition is very deteriorated the wood furniture has not been reconditioned for too many years, the bathroom looks very old and used, nevertheless, the room was very comfortable and clean but I think that for that price you can find something much better and not just a brand.
