Great hotel

Everything about the room was nice. Hotel room was clean and decent. Provided convient items. Nice view and loved the room. Only downfall was staff wasn't too friendly.

Excellent location. Room looked & smelled clean. Comfortable beds with 3 pillows per bed. Plenty of fluffy towels. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker & hair dryer. Larger rooms & we like the vinyl floors (no carpet). Only wish they would offer Grab & Go breakfast. Highly recommend & will stay again.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: It was nice for our short stay. Not really a family vacation type of hotel.. I would recommend this more for short business trips
Cons: more security outside. noticed people hanging out by the cars
Hotel is clean and walking distance from IHOP. It is next to the expressway but the noise was not an issue

3-week business stay

Pros: Convenient location for my purposes, nice staff, allows pets.
Cons: Needs another dumpster bin out back.
Location: Near Sam Houston Expwy. (SH 8) and Richmond. Almost everything is available within a short drive.
"Business" room has a nice desk arrangement and plemty of AC outlets.

I do not recommend this hotel

Hotel is not the very best. It's ok for an overnight stay, but I would not recommend staying any longer than 1night. My legs had an allergic reaction I believe it was the laundry detergent they use. My room was dusty, the internet did not work. I have an iPad & it never once connected to the internet & I was unable to get an iron from the front desk during my week long stay.

Nice clean Hotel, Staff very helpful.

Pros: Easy to find.
Cons: Coffee pot was missing in room. The coffee appliance, coffee, sugar, creamer, and cups were there. But no glass coffee pot so I could use it.
Location: In the middle of downtown Houston. Great for conference over night stays. Lots of places to eat.
When I asked for driving directions from Hotel to a local conference. The Staff didn't hesitate on finding another member of their team to help me. Clean, comfortable room.

It was all right.

Cons: bigger sign
Location: IHOP
It was hard to find, need a larger sign, or maybe trim the bushes. The bed was hard. I didn't like the bathroom with no heater, and the water not getting as hot as I would like it. However, the room was nice and clean, the front desk people where nice and polite and friendly. The room was quite, which I appreciated very much. It is right next door from an IHOP, so breakfast was great because didn't have to drive all over looking. No hair dryer or iron. For the amount we paid, it was well worth the money.
