Nice hotel close to malls and movie theater

Pros: The fact that my family didn't have to leave the hotel for breakfast they offer a nice hot breakfast
The hotel front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. One of the front desk clerk was so helpful that he told us about nearby attractions and also printed out directions to the movie theater for us we was very happy with his service

Good hotel in terms of location for Reliant.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Billing process.
Hotel fine, good location, room cleaned daily, all done as you would hope and expect. Staff on reception desk good. The downside was that they charged my credit card twice for my stay AFTER my stay ended, despite me having already paid upfront via Expedia. This means I'm having to waste time chasing them up to repay back to my credit card, which is not good, as it's meant I've exceeded my credit limit and incurred charges.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. This was my second stay there within the last year. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. One attendant there never made eye contact when talking to me and my girlfriend and did not have a polite tone of voice either. The last day when my girlfriend tried to checked out, she threw my receipt on the counter without saying thank you, come back, or anything.

Pros: The room layout and comfort.
Cons: Desk staff willing to assist customers.
Location: Great location off of 59 in Houston. Easy access to downtown and University of Houston. Not planning on stay with this Marriott hotel again.
Check out clerk wouldn't acknowledge my discount card after check-in clerk said they would. Charged $100 reimbursement recovery fee and 3 days later bank has not recieved.
