“Very nice hotel for a long or short stay”

Next door to a grocery store, so very easy to stock the refrigerator. Very reasonably priced. 3 people stayed in a studio and it was roomy and very clean.

“Very good”

Good. Nice facilities, excellent breakfast, good service, clean and cool rooms (essential in the middle of a south Texas summer). Location was great for me because of where I was working, but a bit of a way from the city center and the airport, and the roads in Houston are goofy with all the tolls. Still, would definitely recommend. A good stay.

“If on a business trip, it's excellent”

It wasn´t easy finding the hotel, but otherwise it was excellent. The room is pretty big. Breakfast is excellent and best of all, it´s free. I was on a business trip so I just needed a clean bed and room. Two blocks from the hotel there are many restaurants. In short, it was a nice stay and I hope I can come back.

“Great food, comfortable bed, excellent service”

From the moment I arrived at the hotel the service was excellent. They were very friendly and informative. They had a hotel shuttle that drove me within 3 miles of the hotel which saved me on taxi fare since i had to travel 2 miles back and forth during my stay. they had a wonderful breakfast and good bbq style suppers which also saved me money because it was free. I had free internet, plenty of channels on the TV to choose from, and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly and efficient. Beds are a bit too firm for my taste, but overall I was very satisfied. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and has good access to major highways but is far enough away to be quiet and the area is very pleasant.

“A good, nice and clean place.”

This is not the first time I am staying at the Marriott Residence Inn. Rooms are large, breakfast is fine (and free). It is not the nicest hotel you can think of, but it's a very good place to stay. There are very good restaurants one block away. I look forward to my next stay.

Very nice hot breakfast buffet with pleasant staff. Room was comfortable and very clean. We would stay here again.

“Pleasant Stay”

This hotel was awesome, the happy hour and fantastic and the breakfast was over the top. The hotel was in an ideal location.

“OK Value”

The room was very clean, had all the necessities in the kitchen, and the room was very quiet even though we were back an outside door. The Inn evidently is one of the older building w/Marriot as the cabinets, both in the bath vanitiy area and the kitchen had damage, looked like water damage. Cleanliness is, of course, very important, so I would stay there again. My first choice, however, would be in a regular Marriot as we do not cook while we are on vacation.
