Pros: All the amenities you have at home on a smaller scale.
Cons: It looks like it is about time to upgrade some of the fixtures and furnishings. Although everything was pretty worn, it still appeared to be clean.
Location: Excellent location.
I went to visit my children and grandchildren and it was a perfect place to gather and visit. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. I will plan on staying there again in the future.

Not what I expected

Marriott hotels are my go to hotels. Never have had a complaint. Everything was perfect except the cigarette burns on the sofa and smell. We got in late and exhausted. Not what we paid for.

Excellent facility

Pros: Location
Cons: Quieter A/C!
Location: Adjacent to Willowbrook Mall and the Tomball Expressway. Close to Champions Golf Club, and anything along FM 1960.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and well maintained. Good location for the FM 1960 area.

Ideal for longer term stays

Have stayed at this property in the past, therefore, familiar. Upon arrival (late) for the first night I had a fitful sleep. Appeared the external AC unit would drone on endlessly when in off cycle, cool nicely when on. Was lucky to have about two hours total rest. Next morning I requested a room change (I was staying four nights) and they offered me a relocation. Remaining nights were blissful and the staff very nice. High marks!

Besides dealing with the bed headboard which kept falling off the wall, the room was clean and people were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Service

We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay again. The kids had great service and breakfast was by far the best. The rooms were clean and food was left in the refrigerator however in the midst of exceptional service it did notbother us. The indoor pool was great. We would definitly come back to this location.

Great Staff and Location

The stay was great. Very comfortable and next to all different locations and attractions. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Will stay more often.

Besides a problem with the bed. When you sit on the edge of the bed, the other side would raise up. Also, The hot tub smelled horrible..... But otherwise, the staff was very friendly and courteous...

AC problem

AC did not work Friday and Saturday was not moved until Sunday morning at 2 am
