Residence Inn by Marriott Houston Willowbrook

We requested a wake up call for 5AM to be at the airport to meet our son. Vic neglected to give us a call. Being that the hotel was the center of a family reunion it would have been helpful to have the whole family there.

Very comfortable and clean, the outdoor grill was a big plus.

The hotel was very nice, clean, conveniently located and reasonablly priced. We did have a few tiny issues: 1) We stayed in a queen bedroom suite with a pullout couch for our boys but there was no bedding or extra pillows for the pullout -- we just called the front desk and they brought it up very quickly. Also, we traveled in January for a wedding and picked this hotel so the boys can enjoy the indoor pool however the pool was very warm. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast but the eating area looked very clean, spacious and inviting with a fireplace in the lobby. The employees were all very friendly and it was a great value for the price...we will definitely stay again.

the 2 queen suite was actually 2 bedrooms with separate common area (and pullout sofa), 2 bathrooms and fully stocked kitchenette (along with a grocery service). ours was a single night stay, but would be comfortable for longer visits. very good hot breakfast included in the reasonable room rate. well maintained indoor pool and sport court. staff friendly, attentive, and available.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Comfortable beds. Great neighborhood and close to our event. DEFINITELY would stay again!

I held my daughter's 14th birthday party at the hotel. We walked to the mall and then later swam in the indoor pool and then hung out at the fire pit in the courtyard. Between myself and the 7 girls who stayed to spend the night, we found the evening and the overnight staff (we stayed 10/19 to 10/20) to be very accomodating and helpful. I didn't catch either gentlemen's name who was on staff that evening but they were both great! The breakfast in the morning was a big hit with all the girls, too. Thanks for making my daughter's birthday party a huge hit with her and her friends.
