Really need to update TV's. The televisions are likely 20 years old so no high definition available.

Beautiful hotel and cozy clean room. Great staff and great services avaliabke 2 blocks from fantastic shopping area. Would certainly stay again.

A bit pricy considering the amenities are also very costly. Would be a great hotel for a business event. I would recommend for families but the price could overwhelm the options for other entertainment. Great for a couples retreat though.

“Great Expedia Elite Upgrades”

The Expedia Elite upgrades were fantastic. The club level offered free food and even free alcohol from 5-7. We got a late checkout for free as well.

“Nice hotel”

Very convenient location. Good access to the highway system including I-610 and Hiway 59. Room is nice and clean, but not luxurious. Garage is large enough not to have to worrying about finding parking space. Breakfast is fine, but without egg station.

“Great hotel and close to shopping”

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and quiet. It had a great bar and lobby. The restaurant in the hotel had great food. Its in a great location. You can actually walk to The Galleria Mall if you wanted to. However,the carpet was wet so there was some type of leak in our room. After some time they switched us to another room with no problems. I would definitely stay there again.
