“The Cloud!!! :)”

We really just loved everything about the hotel, from convenience to comfort. Our nickname for the beds became the "cloud" because it was the MOST COMFORTABLE bed in the world, combined with the blankets and pillows. Anything extra as far as towels or toilet paper or anything else we needed was given right away. We also were staying with a bunch of people for a wedding and the people at the front desk really accomodated us and put our rooms close to each other so we could spend more time together. It was an overall wonderful experience. Nothing at all to complain about!!!!

“My review...”

No complaints with the room, food or staff of hotel. The construction around the hotel made it confusing to get to & from hotel. Especially at night with they locked the back entrance to the parking lot. Also a possum ran in front of my car while i was lost one night on the street that runs directly behind the hotel. Not sure what that has to do with anything, but I had to get that off my chest. When leaving hotel GPS was useless because Dacoma street is blocked. I still will stay there again, especially since it was much cheaper than the other Sheraton a few miles away.

The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. The hotel was beautiful--- it was clean, comfortable, and modern. It was in a nice business neighborhood. Happy that I was able to spend my holiday there.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. My only negative would be that the air conditioning could not keep up with the Houston humity (rained the entire visit) but we had a lovely stay.

“Memorial Day weekend ...Nice stay”

Very comfortable experience; Some slight issues with TV not receiving Digital signal. Service guy was able to solve problem after reported. Clean rooms and updated design and decor. Rates were great for the Memorial Day weekend. Have stayed here on numerous visits.

“Highly recommended hotel in Houston”

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Parking is free and very convenient. Sheraton sweet sleeping bed is the best. We would like to stay in again in our next visit in Houston.
