The location of the hotel was amazing. Located in walking distance of the Galleria. Convenient drive to most places in Houston. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The price is unbelievable. Please check this hotel out at least once. It will be our place to stay when in town.

On our recent stay, there were four of us. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. There was plenty of space for all of us. The breakfast was good. You have the choice to eat healthy or not. The manager special in the evenings were also good. Nothing fancy, but filling. We didn't have to eat out for dinner. We ate downstairs, but noticed several people get their food and beverages and go to their rooms. The weather was nice enough to eat outside. The pool and grounds were very nice. The kitchen in the room was stocked with the basic utinsils if you wanted to cook your own food. We each brought wine and glasses to the hotel. Wine glasses are stocked in the kitchen, so we will know next time we can leave them at home. We were in Houston for the International Quilt Festival which is held at the George Brown Convention Center downtown. The location of the Sonesta ES is an easy drive to get to downtown. Westheimer to the Allen Parkway and you're there. I couldn't give them a 5 for upkeep only because we had a leak in the bathtub that wasn't fixed in the three days we were there. The leak didn't keep us up at night, my concern was the water that was being wasted. We diffinetly plan on staying at the Sonesta ES the next time we're in Houston.

“GREAT HOTEL FOR ANY MEANS!!!!!!”

The front desk was excellent. They guy was really nice. i was trying to surprise my husband for a romantic getaway i got the room and cooked a nice dinner and went back and pick the hubby up. the clerk knew what i was doing so he played it off with me and he was really nice and concerned about if we were having a great time and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great. I liked the concept of the waffle iron. I really enjoyed everything food was hot,and fresh and customer service was amazing. I will return. TEAM SONESTA!!!!!!

“Good hotel for shopping & buisness travelers”

Room was good sized, bed wa comfortable, ref & microwave & iron is available in room. Laundry facilities available in hotel for free. Wirless Internet in also for free, and parking as well. Location in perfect for shopper; just 2 minutes walk to galleria mall. The only one thing I didn't like is the food smell that reaching the cooridor at the breakfast time

great location, great room (we had the one bedroom suite), breakfast was so-so...not great food, the shower was horrible...not only was the water pressure non-existant but it never got above luke warm in temperature
