I am a frequent customer of the Four Seasons in Houston. They have remodeled the common areas but not the guest rooms. On this last stay, I was put into a handicap room without any notice. The bathrooms in those rooms are functional (which I understand for handicap reasons), but they are not nice ...
Nice hotel close to Rice University. Room was nice but small. Pool service was great, but pool not heated. Bar device was exceptionally slow on Saturday night (not crowded). Food was very good.
Definitely showing some "wear", but it was clean. I just needed somewhere to catch up on some sleep between shifts at the Houston rodeo, and it did the trick; good location, no-frills.
Covered self parking. Wonderful bar, for adults who appreciate a nice atmosphere and an opportunity to wind down. Nice room overlooking nothing but trees--how can you beat that?
Nosy night manager. My daughters boyfriend is African American/black wonderful man and the manager had to investigate why he was in our room to visit!
This is a very nice motel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We will be back!
