It’s wonderfully close to the airport but it’s inconvenient in regards to getting to a restaurant outside of the hotel services or other conveniences outside of the hotel services beyond that the hotel is wonderful

Great room, very clean, pleasant staff. Bring your own food and drink because there isn't much besides a Jack in the Box and a Taco Bell nearby. Well, there is a bar and grill at the Doubletree across the street. But after eating there the Jack in the Box was looking mighty good.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional while on my trip they called me asking why was my stuff still in the room when i booked for 3 day. They were saying my reservation was wrong in their systems but still charged me for three days so how could it be wrong. After they realizing there mistake it was no apology for the confusion. The day of my check out they tried to charge my card for another night when I already paid the full amount. Nobody knew what was going on the manager was so rude and did nothing to accommodate me.

We had a horrible experience at the airport that brought us to our stay at SpringHill. If you’re ever stranded by your airline at the Houston airport, definitely stay here! The staff and the rooms made our bad day a little bit better.

Stayed for 1 night before heading down to Galveston for a cruise. It was easy and convenient to catch their shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The place was clean and breakfast was included in the morning.
