Hotel agradable, cerca del area de la bahia.
Habitacion limpia, en orden, A/C, TV, escritorio y un sofa apropiado. Desayuno continental que incluye alimentos caientes (buen punto). Necesario tomar precauciones por el trafico rumbo al AIH.

excelente hotel, 100% recomendable
El hotel es hermoso, la habitación es muy amplia y las camas y sofá cama muy cómodos, muchas almohadas super ricas, el desayuno delicioso, muy completo. el mobiliario es muy nuevo, muy cerca de kemah y de la nasa, excelente que el sanitario esté separado de la regadera, solo faltó las puertas no me gustaron porque no tenían cerradura y se veía todo por un lado. fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

hermoso hotel muy nuevo y moderno el diseño de las habitaciones me pareció excelente! lo mejor fue q el water estuviera separado del la pileta y bañera, muy cerca de kemah boardwalk! una maravilla!!! el desayuno increible

Property was convenient to where I needed to be. It definitely shows wear and tear. Mattress should be replaced due to wear. It was saggy.

Pre Cruise Stay.
Absolutely a great place to stay. We stay here time to time prior to cruising. Quiet but located close to Kemah Boardwalk

This was a business trip and the location was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory.

Almost a perfect stay
Overall good stay with family. Our room was clean but light on a couple of things. Had to track down housekeeper for toilet paper, bar soap & additional coffee cups for the room. None of the trash cans had liners but not sure if they were supposed to. The call button for the elevator on the 3rd floor didn't work so we had to call to the front office to send the elevator up - minor inconvenience. Breakfast was well stocked & good. Overall really clean everywhere & front desk staff were all very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Room not cleaned while we were there, not enough towels initially for the length of our stay and number of guests in our room and the elevator was partially inoperable. Location was good and breakfast was okay.

Nice clean property. Breakfast just eh not the best tasting but not the worst either- whaat you expect from a hotel breakfast, had lots of bagels and English muffins and croissants but no regular toast.…. Good Coffee though. Overall I would definitely stay again- great area and great price and no major issues with the room or staff. Nice set up in the room.

Stayed here when visiting NASA. I highly recommend it. It has a great location, friendly staff and is clean. It’s easy to get to. I rented a car and found it central to many places I wanted to see near the Space Center. Free breakfast with it too!

Check in was terrible. We arrived at 4PM and were told rooms weren't available yet, come back in 10-15 minutes. Came back at 4:30, there was a different desk clerk and she was trying to check in a very large party to multiple rooms. She finally finished with them, and instead of checking us in she left the desk to go in back. She finally came back and checked us in at about 5. Why doesn't Springhill have a backup to help when the check in load builds up? The layout of the rooms is great, Springhill obviously spent a lot of money renovating them. But they aren't spending the money to maintain them. There was extensive mildew on the ceilings of both bathrooms, and the towel rack and toilet roll holder were both falling off the wall.
