Awesome place to stay with pets!

Location: Very easy to get to the airport.
I travel a lot with my pets and this was a fantastic place to stay. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will most defiantly stay here if I am ever in the Houston area again.

Breakfast could have been better. Saturday and Sunday, they served a bad smelling omelette with some kind of table spoon something inside. But the cereal was fresh, no problem with the waffle maker, fresh fruit, fresh milk, cheeses, yogurts, bread.

Wish we could have stayed 10x as long. Short but sweet vacation, but everything was comfortable. Rooms were gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for.

We have stayed at Staybridge hotels in the past, and have been fairly satisfied with their properties. This location is directly adjacent to a brickyard, so during the week the activity and noise of their operations begins pretty early. Housekeeping was a let-down as well. It was more or less do-it-yourself. We had to go find a car to get clean towels, toilet paper, and soap. My wife actually had the desk manager go into an unoccupied room to get dish soap so we could wash dishes. Not the worst place you could stay, but far from the best at this price range.

Loved the couch in the suite, wasn't a fan of sitting in front. Of the ac, room service didn't show up on Sunday.

Great place for families

We ended up staying in a two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family of four. We were able to have some space from the kids at night, both bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and we had a kitchenette at our disposal. The beds were super comfortable, too. Although we were really close to the airport, we never heard noise from the planes in our top-floor room. The hot breakfast and to-go bags allowed us to start our day with full tummies and bring snacks for the road. Tuesday through Thursday, they also offer a full dinner that we took advantage of. Great place to stay! My only complaint is that they did only a light touch-up of the room each day, which meant countertops didn't get wiped down--mostly they just made the beds and emptied the garbage, from what I could tell. Not a major issue, just something to note.

I stayed in the double bed suite and it was lovely!!! I actually got more than what I thought I had. I had a kickback and was able in join it without any problems. The rooms are really sound proof. Most of the hotels I am very spectacle n unsatisfied but I will most definitely be there again in the same room. The price was a good to and well worth it.

Bad Experience

Pros: Hotel was in decent shape, that's the only good thing!
Cons: Breakfast, room service, Management...
Location: close to airport.
for the amount of money this hotel charged me, they didn't clean the room, they didn't put towels in or the soaps or shampoo, had to ask for everything. Breakfast was OK, I prefer Holiday Inn express any day. Staff was OK, it seems like the management was focused on reducing expense at all cost rather than offering good service. I will never stay here again. Choice of TV channels so, so. I don't think these people even put water filter, it was the hardest water I took shower with. Terrible
