Pros: Location
First, I checked in, I control the sheets, if they were clean, which they were not ,stains all over. I called the front desk to have them changed it. first person I talked "she said they are busy right now, it will take sometime."(it was around 5 PM. I called back at 6 Pm. another person answer the phone "he said he just got there he has no idea about the complain", When I explain the problem, he said "he just got there" , "he has no one to change it for us" < I said " ok. just send the sheets, I will do it my self" . Also it was too noise. They need to fix the gaps between door and frame.

Terrible Experience with our Stay

Posted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Everything. Hotel Staff, Hotel Manager and condition of the room sucks.
Location: Its adjacent to the freeway, all you can hear is loud noise of the trucks. No recommendations at all.
Before making the hotel booking I had requested the front desk for a late check out (3 PM Check Out). I was very happy they obliged me by agreeing. But when I checked In I was told that I have to check out by 12 PM and in case I need a late check out I will have to pat 15$ Extra per hour. How disgusting! and I was feeling cheated. Also, the condition of the rooms is miserable. Once you walk in the room you'll have the feeling of a cheap motel. I was also surprised by the Hotel Owners, the lady owner was having a very loud argument with one of the nice housekeeping employee. And out of frustration the Housekeeper (old) lay quit her job on spot. This hotel is a complete mess and I would strongly discourage every one. Please stay away from this unfriendly staff!

Just okay

I was a little concerned about security since the check in desk was behind a window with a small area doe transactions. Also did not realize these were outside entrances until we arrived - I should have checked more closely. Most disappointing was the staff who initially granted a late check out of noon, but called at 11 to tell us we needed to leave. Will not stay here again as there are many other options in the area!

Pleasantly surprised

Pros: The value for the price and cleanliness of my room; very comfortable.
Cons: Remember the wake up call if requested, but I had an alarm clock so no big deal.
Location: It's on I-45 and Rankin, not much to do near by other than make a pharmacy run and get a bite to eat. Great location if you're headed to Greenspoint.
I booked this hotel due to monthly staff meetings at 7:30 a.m. and my commute to work normally takes an hour and a half due to heavy traffic, so I stayed here to avoid the stress of running late. Check-in was very quick and easy, my room was impeccable; I felt perfectly comfortable staying there alone with my 2 year old daughter. Breakfast was not a full buffet with scrambled eggs and bacon, but we did have waffles, fruit and cereal, which was great because I left knowing my daughter was going to school with a good breakfast. This is a great value for the money; I FINALLY made it to staff meeting on time!

economical hotel near 1960 on I-45

Posted Feb 28, 2014
Location: Near the MovieTavern on Richey Road where you can watch movie with full restaurant service and at 1960 intersection.
Good location. Staff is adequate and front desk was courteous. Rooms are cleaned but once I came back and they had emptied the garbage into the toilet for some reason. I reported that the next morning cause it was 2 in the morning when I learned that when I got up to take a whiz. I reported it when I went down for breakfast. it was a cleaner room that evening when I got back. breakfast is included with batter to make fresh, texas shaped waffles, fruit, juices, hot coffee, milk, pastries, toast, and cereal.

Cold winter hotel

My room was clean Staff was nice. Ice machine broke. But room heated was awful. Told management. They said give it 2 or 3 hours. No change. And they don't have all the cable channels.
