Great Galleria Hotel

One of the best hotels in Galleria area. It has direct access to the mall and located in middle of best reach in westheimer road to everything. I stayed for more than 12days this time after attending The OTC..highky recommended.

Fair Hotel connected to Galleria

OK Hotel massively overpriced for value. Central location, so that's what justifies the outrageous price. I was expecting a lot more for $256.00 per night. I get better rooms on the highway for around $100.00 Actually this critique is passing me off because it wants me to write a longer critique or it won't accept my critique.

Cons: I would not attempt to improve anything...a gre
Location: A great place for shopping...
I will surely stay here again..it was a great place for relaxing!

We booked the hotel a day before so we got a good deal. It's great that it has free parking. Everything about the hotel was great!

Disappointing

It was quite disappointing to arrive and learn that ALL hotel balconies had been "sealed off" for undisclosed reasons. The hotel website, as well as travel websites aren't abundantly clear in regards to the availability of Wi-Fi. The websites state "Free Wi-Fi"; however, it applies only to the hotel's business center. To have Internet in the room requires a fee of, at least, $12.00 USD/day. Regardless of having the "Do not Disturb Please"sign in the key slot of our door, the housekeeping staff thought it appropriate to vacuum the hallway directly outside our room before 0800 on a Saturday. The hotel is clean, but shows signs of age. The refrigerator in our room wasn't operational. The furniture was very comfortable.

Used to be a great place to stay

The linens were never changed (even when we requested new linens). The bed was never even made up. No clean towels were brought to room. When I called the front desk and requested clean linens two pillows and a blanket were handed toe at the door.
