Night out of town!

Pros: Connected to the mall so you never had to leave to shop.
Location: Lots of shopping near this hotel. Great places to eat all around.
Location was great. Easy check-in and great staff.

Great location, Pets friendly-no charge

Like this hotel a lot. First, great location for shoppers, right next to the Galleria. Second, pets friendly with no charge. Free parking nearby. Staffs were friendly. Will stay here again next time. Sunday-check out late 3pm.!!! More shopping time.

Pros: Everything! Staff was attentive and pleasant. Rooms were nice and clean

Disappointing

I had confirmed and paid a room with two beds because I was traveling with my wife and my two teenagers. When I arrived to the hotel, they told me that they didn't have available rooms with two beds, and that they do not guaranty the type of room for Expedia clients!, It didn´t matter I had paid in advance the full balance.
