“Rooms could be a little bit cleaner”
Overall is ok. My only comment is that my kids white socks went black because the room wasn't very clean at all.
“Good Place for Kids”
We stayed at a junior suite, which is divided in two rooms, with two full bathrooms, great for 2 adults and 2 kids, however, the sofa bed where the kids are supposed to stay is in extremely bad conditions to the point that we asked for 2 roll beds for the kids.
“Great Outdoor Activities”
Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Service was excellent. I was very impressed with the Oasis pool area and the other outdoor activities available. The only downside to this hotel was my room. There are two areas to this hotel and It looks like the rooms close to the "oasis area" are newer and would be my preferred area to have stayed in.
“Not worth the money.”
This hotel was disappointing to say the least. Staff is very nice and understanding, but the hotel is very dated and more like a lodge than a resort. It is definitely not worth the money given surrounding competition.
“Fabulous vacation hotel!”
Stayed here with my 10 year old son and 65 year old mother and we all loved it! The pools were fantastic and grounds were so lovely. We are already planning our next vacation.
“Nice destination, but dated rooms.”
This resort, while clean and well kept, is quite dated and really not worth the price of admission, despite all of the amenities in the area. There is newer building across the road with a fabulous pool, but it costs even more. The staff here is very accomodating and friendly. The adjacent golf facilities are first rate. However, you can stay at other nicer, updated hotels in The Woodlands closer to Market Street and the mall for less money and still play golf at the resort.
“Great for kids!”
Great hotel for the kids. They love the pool.
“Cindy”
Great hotel, very quiet, never know that you are in hotel as it is surrounded by golf courses and lovely neighborhoods. Nice atmosphere
“Good for hotel/concert combo treat”
Had a nice little meal in the casual restaurant before heading to our concert at Woodlands Pavilion. They run a shuttle to and from the Pavilion every ten minutes for a small charge, so we did not have to worry about driving or parking. The beds were very comfortable. The only downside was that it was a gorgeous day, and the outside bar/cafe was not open--we would have loved to enjoy a drink by the pool in the sun if we could have.
