Pass on this hotel. The staff is incompetent, never once getting a room service order correct.

great staff and great location. love this hotel. very kind to my grand children and easy access to great restaurants.

Self Park arrangement not very clear. Desk did not ask if we needed parking, wasted a lot of time. For the price of the rooms, there should be free Internet. Four travellers, it's a major inconvenience to have to go down to lobby to check flights or find maps.

Everyone from the valet to the front desk to the bar staff made this a great night for my anniversary. Skybridge to the pavillion and concert as well as Americas restaurant in walking distance made this an ideal location.

Found a hair ball on carpet. Refrig is just sitting on the floor. It is not a tall one. Mattreses kind of hard. Service excellent. All staff were wonderful. We would go back.

For the amount of money you pay for these rooms they should be kept exceptionally clean. Ours absolutely was not. There was some sort of magot or seeded bug on bathroom floor when we got in there. We kept our shoes on and thought when cleaned next day it surely would be gone. NO. Not only was it not gone but the hair was still on floor sink was not cleaned. Carpet not swept. As I said for what you pay you expect much much more than that. We've spent time in other hotels in the woodlands. Would not stay at your hotel again.

It was a nice hotel. First hotel I've been to that does not have free wifi, $13 for Internet. Beds were not very comfortable. I was there for the woodlands marathon and needed a good night sleep. It was difficult on those mattresses; although I have a memory foam mattress at home that I'm more used too. My room key kept getting erased and I had to make multiple trips to get a new key. That was very annoying!!!

This hote is very beautiful and up to date. It is very close to a lot of sourounding eatery and shopping. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
