Convenient location to IAH airport and all highway

Pros: location and price
Enjoyable stay for the price. Would stay again. Only thing I wish is that breakfast was till 10:00, instead of 9:00 on weekdays, I'm on vacation, I don't want to wake up too early just to take advantage of breakfast. Overall nice hotel.

It was very nice hotel compared with the price! I liked the receptionist. She was very helpful. But, the transportation from airport must be scheduled before the flight.

I wouldn't stay here again - 4 things to address !

Pros: The room is big, the beds are comfortable.
Cons: put a working fan in your bathrooms, and don't charge people's credit cards without authorization, put surveillance cameras in your parking lot.
Location: No food near by.
We stayed their for 3 nights in August 14. I would never stay there again or recommend it for the following reasons: 1- The hotel management charged my credit card $150 and then again $21 other than the room fees!. One of them was for smoking in the room and we are still debating what is the other fee!. they had no authority or warning what so ever before charging my card. I never faced such a rude behavior from any hotel all over the world. I would have respected it if you at least put a sign that it is a none smoking room. 2- The car parked next to mine had someone break into it and broke their backseat glass. so the whole area is not safe. 3- They do not have a bathroom fan in all of their rooms!. the whole room starts to smells really bad after you use the restroom. 4- Their WIFI had issues, but the last day it started working.

Pros: The shuttle, and the Staff.
It was perfect. Hotel staff, above and beyond. I expected everything to be average considering the times we live in, but was overwhelmingly surprised! I left a two page thank you to the staff. Would use this Hotel again.

Fine for an overnight layover; no restaurant

Cons: Food options
Location: Nothing is nearby. This hotel is only close to Burger King, nothing else.
The hotel is clean and comfortable but it was diasappointing that there was no restaurant. I ended up spending another $25 in taxi fees to get dinner after a long day of travelling.

Exceptionally courteous and helpful staff. Clean room. First floor rooms do not have any sort of full thickness window curtains to separate you from parking lot passerbys. Bed very firm. Bathroom clean. Shower light did not work.

Home away from home

Pros: Clean, bright, and fresh.
Cons: Fix the 3rd floor ice machine.
Location: Airport and confererence center minutes away. Acces to Spring, Humble, and Aldine communities.
Found all the accommodations wonderful and more than I expected. Stayed a week and found everything very nice. All the facilities were accessible and functioned well. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly. 5 stars to front desk personal.
