Yhe hotel is conveniently located near the willowbrook mall, and range of other stores (toys r us, Burlington Coat Factory, Sports Authority, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Walmart, Olive Garden, Barnes & Noble, Hooters, etc.) The Service was excellent, and they serve a good breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, corn flakes, yogurt, juices, bread, muffins, etc.) I would definitely recommend it, and will definitely stay here next time I visit Houston.

“Easy, expected service”

The hotel is in good condition and the staff was both kind and professional. We stayed 3 nights with our 3 children, and there were only the most minor details to complain about. We frequented the pool, which was small but well-maintained. Breakfast was adequate, and the neighborhood was safe. I would stay here again. Recommended to families.

I have stayed in several hotels in the Willowbrook area while visiting family, and the Wingate was actually much nicer than some other, more expensive chains. The room was large and the bed very comfortable, which I appreciated as I was there for six nights. Very convenient car access to and from the hotel, and plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. This area has become very developed in recent years and heavy traffic is a constant, but the hotel is set well back from FM1960. I will definitely stay again.

Great location to get around Houston, restaurants are close by, clean, comfortable hotel, not fancy, no lounge or restaurants in hotel but just what you need for a great price! Pool needs updating, was NOT heated! Will stay there again next time, and will recommend to others.

from the time you check in till departure this property was far more accomadating then we could have immagined,being taken to your room by bell staff,getting your luggage taken care of,getting to inspect your room prior to acceptance,having the security of a guarded entrance,7 pools on property,as well as being well located to all Orlando attractions i feel this was one of the best stays values ever recieved from expedia. highly recomened by us and we are looking forward to another stay here,rooms were comfy,dishes were prvided, walmart close by as well as other convieniences,anyone vacationing or on buissiness this is as about as homey as they come ! personally 5 star value for this area wow!
