The location was everything.Posted May 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Generally speaking, the hotel room was a little underwhelming. But, it had the basics and it was clean. Mind you as it was really just an uninspiring, viewless, concrete box, it's pretty difficult not to keep it in a clean and tidy condition. I have stayed in Hua Hin many times at various places and there are lots of rooms around at a lower price that are just as good or better. However, the location of the complex with it's proximity to the beach and the centre of town was what I was paying for I'm sure. And, I must say that the breakfasts were adequate and the dining room staff were friendly. Overall, I might stay again, mainly for the location.

Do not be fooled by the photos, the pool is very small! Right on the beach though, so great location. It is quieter as it is out of the main town.

Great beach hotelPosted Jan 31, 2013
Pros: Loved the style of accommodation
Location: Great location
Spent a week here to celebrate my 60th birthday with friends, staff were very friendly and helpful. Owners on hand every day and very kindly provided cake and a bottle of bubbly .Hotel is very peaceful but only few minutes walk from many bars and restaurants . BBQ night at the hotel was excellent. Some of the furniture in the rooms getting a little tired but overall comfortable.

Superb stayPosted Nov 4, 2012
Pros: The breakfast area
Cons: Because of al the trees and plants there were loads of mozzies so take some spray.
Location: Excellent could not be better for the town and beach
Surprising little hotel which from the front looks deceiving but so nice when walking down the little brick path to your villa. Beautiful little gardens, pool area and breakfast area overlooking the sea - what could be better. The staff are the best ever - so friendly and helpful and full of smiles. Great stay.

Tropical OasisPosted Oct 19, 2012
Pros: Room size and tropical garden
Location: Walking distance to central Hua Hin shopping and restaurants
Small groups of white bungalows in a tropical garden making for a quiet and peaceful holiday resort.

a quiet room that is really on the beachPosted May 26, 2012 on Hotels.com
We arrived early from Butterworth in Malaysia by train, at 9am and the lovely girls on the front desk said we could go straight to our room l was in heaven a shower and a very quiet room with air-con after spending 18 hrs on the train. The room was very large lots of wardrobe space and cupboards, the bath room is the biggest we have ever stayed in, as for the beds they are perfect so are the pillows, also in the deluxe room you get a veranda with two banana lounges to relax on. Breakfast was at the restaurant sitting looking at the beach its so relaxing and peaceful. they have two pools we used both the one in the middle of the resort and the pool right on the beach there are plenty of banana lounges and umbrellas, as well comfy cane lounges , and the staff can't do enough for you. there are 3 night markets within easy walking of this resort, and loads of restaurants. We ate at resort the BBQ (seafood and meat) here on saturday night it was great

A little piece of paradisePosted Apr 19, 2012
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained, which is unfortunately lacking within the rooms. The interior is tasteful but it is apparent that the attention to detail in the upkeep of the rooms comes second. So the only let down for the hotel is its lack of consistency in housekeeping and service; however, let this not spoil your stay as it is a beautiful place to rest and rewind.

A very welcoming and happy hotelPosted Mar 28, 2012
The hotel had a superb location, right on the best part of the beach, with a lovely swmming pool overlooking the beach, and a restaurant where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the sea. The staff were all extremely welcoming, and friendly and helpful. The gardens were well kept, and the rooms were large and spacious, with a very airy feel and kept very clean. The hotel was also within very easy walking distance of the cente of Hua Hin.Problems were that the air conditioning system was rather noisy, and we felt that it could have been upgraded/modernised. The shower tiling could have been a bit cleaner with some of the grouting going a bit brown. And the reception area looked a bit tired, and did not give a fair advance warning of the otherwise general good standard of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and would have no hesitation in returning.
