Relaxing couples hotelPosted Dec 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Luxury hotel. Good quality rooms with excellent , friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with view of the beach. Outlook onto neighbouring gardens not great but view from rooftop bar onto beach fabulous. Infinity pool with cabanas at the side which leads directly onto pleasant beach. Not a lot of activity at the hotel but perfect for chilling.

nice breakfast, soso location, perfect spaPosted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
i book the garden pool suite for two nights. their breakfast are western style with large variety of choice they are yum, and i still miss the chocolate donut there :p. i usually swim in the private pool in my room because its keep raining in june, while the public pool can enjoy the view of beach which i really wanted to try once :( their room are clean and the setting are user friendly. i bought dvd in hau hin down town for ~120 bhat and enjoy it with room dvd player. their toilet was really big and tidy. i really like the design of their bathtub. with electric plug near to bed it is really convenient to charge my phone (I feel insecure when the phone is not close with me). The shower gel and shampoo smell good too. Comes to their SPA, which was my favorite part, didn't expect much because no one mention it in internet. A bit expensive but Oh my god they are great!! We try the coconut body swab and sea salt swab, they are impressive, my skin was like reborn and soft and smooth like a baby! ! The aroma message follow by the swab is barely remembered cause I fall a sleep in such a great relaxing environment . Small night market is just opposite from hotel, I don't think it's noisy cause I can't hear anything from outside in my room at night. 10 mins walk to Famous market villie shopping mall. People says also 10mins walk to hau hin down town (Hilton hotel) but I don't think so, not dare to try to walk so usually I take taxi for 100 bhat to twin everytime.

Pros: The quality and attention to detail
Location: The location was central with great access to the beach
Fantastic hotel with outstanding service and attention to detail. It was the little extra touches that made all the difference. We had a great time and would look to use this group of hotels again.

This hotel is fantastic, service is excellent and rooms beautiful, we had a room with a pool which was fab but not heated, main pool is heated, there was a problem with the main pool as there was not enough beds for guests as guests were getting up early and putting towels on the beds, which is unacceptable... towards the end of our week, a lot of families with children came so our relaxing on the beds came to an end......the food was lush and would definitely recommend the hotel
