7-11 is just across the street. Short walking distance to night market. Stalls selling food just across the street. Toilet is filthy in my opinion. Shower head not working properly. Room is dark. Staffs are just doing their job, nothing extraordinary.

Use this hotel when in Hua Hin. It really is safe, quiet, convenient & overall very good value. It's just a pity they stopped serving breakfast, which used to be very good.

Fantastic hotel bad internet
This place was fantastic but the wifi not so great. You can log on but it would not stay connected and would drop out all the time. The area is great right in the centre of town. The room was great and was on of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

Great hotel with charm.
I have been staying here on and off over the last 6 years. The only drawback is at times there are many groups of Chinese staying there. These people don't care for other guest staying here as they are so noisy. The breakfast staff are so obliging nothing is too much trouble for them. I will definitely stay again however I will monitor the school children holidays in China as to avoid these people.

A gem.
We have been stay here over the years. So far we have not been able to find better re position, shopping along with all other convenience. The front counter staff are very efficient and polite. The breakfast room has been revamped for the better. I do feel sorry for the staff at the breakfast as they have to walk up a flight of stairs to retrieve some special orders along with taking used plates ect.My suggestion is why not install a small lazy butler? delivery lift. Overall great will be back again.

Very Funky
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel as let’s say the decor is very different almost 70s style but once you get past that we found it a great place . Spacious rooms, good firm bed,great range of tv channels in English which is nice, my room did have a noisey air con unit. Nice rooftop pool overlooking sea. Very tasty breakfast. Staff couldn’t be more helpful very pleasant.

Nice Hotel
Very convient location. Fast check in. Stayed in the Premier Suite, great room with fantastic views! Very short walk to the night market and close to the seafood restaurants & bar area (all an easy walk). Small but pleasant rooftop pool. The breakfast area is a bit small though and can fill up quickly. Overall very satisfied, will return.

Amazing design and architecture inside the hotel gave an authentic experience. Perfect position between the beach, markets, station, shops, restaurants and bars. Rooftop pool was good as was breakfast. Great room high up with views of the city as well as the sea. Only let down was the shower was a bit dirty. Other than that I would stay again.

Nice Hotel and good location
We enjoyed our stay at the Chalelarn. The room was nice with stylish decor and comfortable bed. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub with rainfall shower. If you are older, you may find it difficult to get in and out of the tub. We liked checking out each floors elevator lobby to look at the Thai decor. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Always a smile. The pool on the roof is a little small but has a nice view. It was rainy during our stay, so we didn't have a chance to swim in it. The breakfast was better than average in a nice little dining area. I would definitely stay there again.

No Surprises
I had not stayed at this hotel in some time and wanted to give it another try. Overall, the hotel delivered on what it advertised. It's primary strength is its location, close to the central district. However, if one wishes to access the beach on a regular basis, this hotel is not particularly convenient. The room was a bit worn and quite dusty, but otherwise was good. The hotel could use a deep clean and some TLC particularly in respect to paint and wear & tear. Breakfast was not particularly appealing and the running joke is the use of instant coffee crystals. Fortunately, there is a Starbucks within a few minutes walk. I would recommend the hotel for a 3 day or less stay in the central area.

A good place for family-stay
We picked up this hotel after reading reviews. And, it met our expectations. The hotel's public area is very clean. Some facilities in the room need attention by maintenance department (eg. lack of safe in the room though mentioned as included on Hotels.com, Ceiling Lights ...). Very good location - local eateries, bars, Family Mart, 7-11, Money Exchange, Pharmacy Store . . . all are in the neighborhood. About 10 min walk to Night Bazaar and 20 min walk to Beach Area. Very relaxing rooftop swimming pool. A good place for family.

Good hotel close to the night life areas
This hotel was in a very good position close to the entertainment area and the local golf courses are high quality and great to play.. The pool was located on the hotel roof but it was clean and very pleasant to swim in on hot days. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

A gem in Hua Hin!
This will be our hotel in Hua Hin from now on. Great service, nice rooms with window seat and views. The rooftop pool is lovely with a few different options for seating and eating. The location is top-notch, close to the market and just across from the Thanon Chomsin food stalls. Staff is lovely. The breakfast goes beyond the norm with Thai selections, too.

Great pool and view
Favourite things - the pool was great, the room view (from 6th floor), decor in room and around the hotel, nice bright hallway, great lounge chair to enjoy the view. Beds comfortable, room was quiet. One thing to note, the wifi seemed to work better closer to the door/hallway than further into the room. Not an issue for me though, at all. Lobby area also nice, efficient check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.
