“FANTASTIC HOTEL AND STAFF”

We stayed at hotel for 3 nights, on arrival we were met with cold towels and drinks, we were in our room within 15 minutes of arrival. The hotel has a colonial style theme and has 24 rooms so is very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are to an excellent standard, we stayed in a standard room, all rooms have sea view, we were very pleased with the rooms they have a very large bathroom and Bedroom and are quite impressive. There is a 3 tier pool that is in very well kept grounds that look out onto the beach. There is a pool bar but this was not open a it was low season, so they supply a phone and menues and you simply call and order food and drinks, this works well as you do not have to wait for a waiter, there is a full english breakfast but it is a small buffet and there could be a better selection, but the food is hot and good, the Lunch and evening meals are of a good quality and reasonable. The hotel is situated about 10 mins taxi from the town, but there is not a problem getting a taxi each way, the hotel do supply a shuttle bus but this only goes during the day, they could lay on a bus in the evening as well which would be better. Overall we had a fantastic time and we are fussy people who stay in hotels a lot. I would definately reccommend this hotel.

“Best hotel we have every stayed at .”

My husband and I just spent 13 wonderful nights at the Devasom in a beach villa. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had our own balcony overlooking the pool and ocean we enjoyed the serenity of the hotel. The staff were very attentive and made us feel comfortable and welcome. We had some delicious meals both in the restaurant and room service my husband said he had the best fish curry he has ever tasted. The chef and his staff made our breakfast experience every morning very enjoyable will friendly banter and genuine interest in our plans for each day. We hired a scooter for 10 days and we set out to explore Hua Hin we were always farwelled and greeted by the parking attendent on each of our journeys. Staff were also concerned about our safety and made sure we took care on the roads as they are very busy. The owner and her son made sure we were happy with everything at the hotel and if we needed anything just to ask. Each morning I was up early to go and sit down by the beach to watch the sunrise is is just a wonderful hotel to recharge your spirits. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Devasom to anyone wanting the best relaxing place to stay. We totallyloved our time there and were sad to leave, we hope to return someday..

“Wonderful staff and beautiful accommodation but...”

Lovely hotel managed by a lovely Lady. Staff make the hotel, from our cleaning lady to the restaurant staff they were excellent and very friendly. The only downside to the hotel was the pool, maintainence and cleaniness needed to be improved. Most days there were drinks left for a long time after guests had left. The only real concern that we had was that the hotel did not deal with some of the more rowdy guests and their awfully behaved children - this ruined the tranquil surroundings. Saying this we had a lovely stay in a beautiful hotel
