Wonderful stay at great hotel
Fantastic hotel. We stayed in the Blu Port side over the main road. But easy access to main hotel, pools, restaurants, beach via linking bridge. Everything was just great.

Disappointing experience as we were in a middle of construction and not able to use all hotel amenities. However, we’re charged premium and never offered any apologies. Room was not ready at the time of check in, sea view actually had only very tiny view of the sea.

Amazing views, super convenient as they also have a shopping mall nearby. The pool area is clean, room is nice. Only thing I’d recommend to improve on is the phone doesn’t seems to work when we tried to call room service. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of selection, staff are really helpful. We will definitely come back again. Family and couple friendly hotel. Oh! They are pet friendly too with a dog swimming pool!

Stayed for 3 nights. Wonderful experience. The hotel has nice ambience and is near the beach. The room is spacious, clean and comfy. There are also nice in-house restaurants. The pool area and hotel facilities are all nicely done up and well maintained. Great place to chill. The staff also provided good and friendly service. Enjoyed my stay throughly. Highly recommended.

Overall its ok. However it seems that level of standard has been dropped when compare to our previous visited such as there were a lots of mosquitoes in the room and not well prepared for pool side bed (it was still wet and covered). Lack of staffs around the main pool. On the positive side, staffs were friendly and helpful.

Be warned that if you book the standard room, they put you on the other side of the road! I complained and was offered an upgrade for a discounted rate (which was clearly quite a sneaky way for the assigned staff to earn their commissions. (As they do with upgrades) The room they finally put us in was great though and the stay was very comfy. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in here. Recommend but ONLY if you stay away from the standard rooms,

Everything is good except my order breakfast lost
Staffs are nice. My family stays a night. We have 3 persons and there is only one toothbrush. Room is clean. You have to book breakfast time 6:30am, 8am ,10am Breakfast is varied. I order 2 of fried egg and wait more than 30 mins and have to notice staff 3 times.

The location is in the center of Hua hin which means you are in a busy area. If you like light and sound, this place is good...and definitely not for a person who want a quiet vacation. The hotel is nice, however I paid extra for the club and aspect partial ocean view room...which it is completely fraud. No view nothing...it is garden or pool view. I just got club access which I plan myself staying in balcony with some ocean view. Only some not whole....compared to the rate and what I ve got, dont think it is worth to pay. Breakfast is so-so. Service is good, amenties are good...but i want beach vacation...not city vacation.

It was a good stay. The place was very well maintained. However since some of their restaurants are surrounded by water bodies, it would be great if they took measures to keep the water free of odor, especially because people are dining there. It’s natural for Exposed water bodies to gain such smelly odor.

Not like a 5 stars hotel with lots of wears and tears. Dust seen on floor skirts and corners. Broken sockets, sticky balcony door....Cleaning staff are rough and fast, the way to clean made me eye opening, no common sense and hygienic standard. The landscape is terrible, cannot compare to another resort starts with H. Disappointing.

Nice stay for business trip
Very good hotel, well located, nice breakfast and pool. Divided that you don't feel to be in a huge hotel. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of the sea in front of hotel is so-so but they cannot do much about it. I stayed for business trip but it's was very relaxing hotel environment.

The check out is a pain. I haven't come across a hotel that requires over 10 minutes to check the room when I check out for over 10 years. That was so backwards! So much for a five stars hotel. However, the breakfast selection is great.

Great for family vacation
We had a family trip in Hua Hin. The first impression was not a wow cos it is a bit smaller than I expected. However, after staying 5 nights, we realized the staff are helpful and nice. IC Hua Hin offers free access to the waterpark where we enjoyed a lot.
