Where on Earth is housekeeping ???

Probably had too high expectations, but seriously, service no where to be seen. Purposely arrived after 2pm but kept waiting for 45 minutes as "room not ready". No updates from any of staff the during our wait. And housekeeping only showed up again 2 hrs before we checked out (after staying 2 nights). But they were diligent in pool cleaning though. We stayed in a Pool Access room and imagine my girlfriend's shock when she drew the curtains and saw a cleaner grinning at her.

Only good thing about this Hotel was the Breakfast...avoid at all cost!

Unico Sandara in Cha-am / close to the beach

Unico Sandara is a really nice hotel for the price. Right at the beach and the neighborhood is great. The rooms, bathroom and staff was nice. The only bad thing was the restaurant 2 doors down was a bit loud till midnight.
