A very pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the art exhibition in the lobby. In short, there was nothing l could pick on to complain about my stay.

They had a desk blocking access to my balcony. Don’t know how they get away with saying all the rooms have a balcony, it’s not a balcony for you if u can’t step foot on it. Also Wi-Fi was buffering every 3-4 minutes so I ended up needing to use my cell as a hotspot my entire stay. Won’t stay there again

Check in service a bit disappointed. I booked 2 twin rooms, hotel assigned one room to tower 1 and the second room to tower 2. After negotiation with the staff, they agreed to move us to the same tower but different floor.

Hotel is new and clean. Staff friendly and professional. However, I find breakfast service unsatisfactory. On Sunday morning, breakfast did not contain any meet products, that are standard in most of hotels. I couldn't find anything I could accept. Coffee was also very poor, way below any common standards.

Nice new hotel
Close to city center with reasonable prices. The only thing is the staffs don't wear masks nor test temperatures. Although there hadn't been any local confirmed Covid-19 cases, it makes customers feel safer if they follow thw safety guidelines from CDC.

Wonderful place to stay in Hualien!
The hotel is modern and the room was large and clean. The elegant breakfast room offered many tasty choices. You will have to walk a bit if you want to use public transit and although they do have many washers and dryers you can use free of charge; they are in an area of the parking garage.

Excellent stay in hotel, clean and friendly staffs
The hotel is quite new and it is very clean. The rooms are big and suits our family. The hotel staffs are very friendly and we do not have issues with communications. The best thing is that they assisted us in translating a restaurant menu which do not have English words...I strongly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Hualien.

Nice place but with issues
Hotel staff were very helpful before I arrived in arranging an English speaking Driver/Guide for Taroko Gorge. I booked a Superior Twin Room with Wotif. Room was good size and clean. Hotel has a basic gym. Promised pickup from Train Station did not happen, even though I had provided train number and arrival time (note other hotels had people at train station to collect clients), manager was apologetic. BUT when I arranged ride to train station on the day I left, with a days notice, there was also an unnecessary muck around with that. Hotel did arrange a Taxi which they paid for.

The stay was good. A very clean and posh looking place. People at the reception area are very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions on where to go. However, the pillow can be better and the wifi connection was pretty bad.

A nice stay in Hualien Lealea hotel
We enjoy so much, just we can't have the pick up from the Hualien train station to hotel causing some trouble in looking for taxi as we need big taxi for our luggages n eight of us, so some taxi drivers ask for extra charges. We already reflected our discomfort to the hotel personnel, they do apologize n sorry for unable to arrange the free pick up transport on our arrival day. Well we accept n still enjoy our stay with good service n delicious breakfast.

The variety of food is enough to not get bored for 2 days' stay. The rooms are new and therefore very bright and clean. The staff know their customers and are very helpful in suggesting places to go and making reservations on our behalf.

Some nice amenities, but a few downsides
Hotel exterior is nice, but accessing parking lot was very difficult to find at first. We came by the front but there was no apparent information as to how to get to their underground parking (it's in the back, take any of the tiny alleyways which may possibly lead to the back of the hotel and you will probably find it). Rooms were modern looking with laminate floors, lighting, and flat panel TV but our first room reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff was fantastic about switching our room quickly. This is a fully smoke free location, so maybe someone ignored the warning of fines before us. The general feel was that this was some older hotel which underwent a renovation or a refresh, so some elements seem old, while others seem brand new. Location is generally okay, but there was only one decent restaurant nearby and 7-11 was a bit of a walk. Seems that you need a car or taxi to get anywhere cool otherwise. Included breakfast was good. Wide variety of foods and many were tasty. Some suffered from standard lack of flavor or texture as they sat out in the buffet for a time. Their cheese pasta was very good.
