“Surfside Inn”

We spent the night there on a flying trip to Newfoundland. Halifax is a great airport of entry to Canada. Rental cars are reasonably priced. The trip to Queensland took less than an hour. Peggy's Cove is nearby for a local visit.

“Great bed and breakfast”

The hotel really is easy walking distance to Queensland Beach and is very cute. The staff are very friendly and the food is great. Each room has en-suite (of course) and is filled with antiques. It even has free wireless Internet! What more can you ask for?

Excellent view and service. The rooms are charming but bed makes noise.

“Very nice”

Very nice place to stay. The manager was extremely helpful with providing directions and helpful info about the area. Breakfast was very nice. Wonderful atmosphere - the manager does a very good job. The inn came up under a search for Halifax accommodation, but is quite a distance away. We took the scenic route since our map wasn't really clear. The drive was quite a bit longer than expected. Lesson to self: check important details.

“Very Pleasing...a blessing indeed”

I just love it there. The inn is located on overlooking a beautiful beach and the friendliness of the staff is wonderful. It's nice to see a family run business. The rooms are very comfortable and they were have been very accomodating to me on my stays there. I would recommend this place if you just want to get away from it all and enjoy some rest and relaxation....very peaceful and the dining room is lovely as well. It was a blessing to me.
