Condition and cleanliness of room was excellent. The window heating and air unit fan runs loud. Hotel was not full; we were placed in a room next to someone else. It had an adjoining door. Nice feature if you’re with the person in the next room. Not well insulated for noise though so the person in the next room watching family feud, 5am became our wake-up time too

This is not a 5 star hotel but for the price it is an excellent value and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the beds were very comfortable. We picked this property to save money and got much more than we paid for. If we are in the area we will stay here again!

There is no carpeting in the rooms so the noise between connecting rooms is really loud. We woke up during the night thinking someone was in our room. It turned out it was just the people in the room next door talking. We could hear every word they were saying.

The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. However, friendliness doesn't make up for filthy and questionably unsafe conditions. We had to stay at this hotel during our stay because there were no other options available in town. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes from 1980. The bathroom floor had mold. If we could go have gone somewhere else in town, we would have checked out right away and gone elsewhere. The last night of our stay there was a commotion outside in the parking lot around 1am. Someone was banging and shouting. I heard someone in the hallway ask if they were gone? I presume to staff. I wasn't about to go investigate for myself, so we stayed in bed and hoped for the best. When we left there was someone charging their phone and sleeping in the lobby chair. If it was staff, not a good look. My guess is it wasn't though. Terrible visit!

It was good. The bathroom sink was totally gross. It was draining slowly. I twisted the top off and it was one of the grossest things I have seen. I took a tooth pick to get crap out and wanted to gag. So bad.

A smoker stayed in the room prior to my stay and it smelled horrible.When I brought it up to staff all I got was I am sorry. Also the floor was dirty and our room always felt damp. The breakfast was lack luster. Waffles offered but no plates. Pool was cold
