Visit to HuePosted Jul 21, 2015
I have been to Hue 3 times in the past and have stayed in 3 different hotels, some may have been in slightly more convenient areas but with a taxi fare being about 1 dollar to the centre of town it did not matter, the Festival hotel is excellent. clean with good sized rooms. friendly staff and a good breakfast. I will stay here again, The room rate that I recieved through expedia was good.

Hue VisitPosted May 6, 2015
Front desk personnel tried to have us rent a car for an exorbitant prices even though we asked for assistance with train tickets which are significantly cheaper. Told not possible to get train tickets because of holiday. We went to the train station on our own and got the tickets. Breakfast food is not fresh, especially yogurt which was left out in heat. Overall not a good experience!

Comfortable HotelPosted Apr 12, 2015
Location: Location is a 20 minute walk from the main restaurant/bar area but easy to catch a taxi if too tired or hot.
We enjoyed the tranquillity of this hotel. Our room had a balcony which overlooked a terraced courtyard and pool. The Buffet Breakfast which starts at 6.00am was great for early tours. At this time the range of food is fantastic but I suspect that it does not get topped up - by 8 o'clock the dregs of the coffee urn were not very satisfying!

Good valuePosted Mar 19, 2015 on Hotels
Overall great hotel for the price. Large rooms breakfast was good, staff was nice most spoke English fairly well. Only negative was location.. little too far from River area where most tourist bar and restaurants are located...walkable but several blocks away.

Hotel is fine for a night stay but food is badPosted Mar 17, 2015
Hotel is dated though clean, comfy room overall and nice staff. Though food is very average one of our meals was pork springrolls which was uncooked pork.

Lovely Hotel!Posted Mar 6, 2015 on Hotels
Festival Hué Hotel was a beautiful hotel and the staff were welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough for us both! The only draw back was the location, it's not too far from the new town, a 20 minute walk, however get your walking shoes on or a taxi to the old town. Otherwise an amazing stay!

Very good, a little noisy.Posted Feb 14, 2015
Location: Walking distance to all the sights.
The location is good, the service is good, but it was a little noisy. The hotel is built around a courtyard and the walls are thin. Nothing to keep me up all night, though.

Regnfuldt, men ikke hotellets skyld. Virkelig god service. God morgenmad Hjælpsomme da vores bus ikke kom til videre rejse.

Excellent room and facilities.Posted Dec 7, 2014
Pros: Its location, appearance and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: The timing of the day tours with organizing the trip to Hoi An. The daily tour bus was late in dropping us off and a long way from the hotel.
Location: Good shops and restaurants nearby.
The staff were excellent. Our room was interestingly designed and very comfortable. Both the food and range were good.
