Great ambiente, average dinnerPosted May 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel with its many amenities was indeed impressive, with nice view to river and sea. Only the quality of the hotel restaurant service in the evening was not satisfactory. Only buffet service was offered. Although wide selections were available, the "warm" dishes were luke-warm and the quality of the offered fish was not the best. Morever a fee was charged for a quiet unnecessary reservation for dinner service, as the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived.

Very efficient and helpful staff. Bed was a little bit hard, that is the only fault.

RelaxingPosted Sep 22, 2012
Pros: Good firm beds, plenty of gardens and sun loungers
Cons: Hotel dining options very limited, so just walk to the town instead.
Location: Fabulous nature park, secret beach and friendly locals
Very popular with Germans. Local restaurants highly recommended. Have the Coquinas at €10 at La Ola to start

Family friendly, good facilitiesPosted Jul 8, 2012
Pros: breakfast buffet
Cons: no pool side snacks (just crisps, lollies and drinks)
Location: convenient for the beach
Good family friendly hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Stayed 2 nights, pedicure in the spa was pleasant, didn't use other spa facilities. Pools good, quite cold! kids club am and pm, can leave kids over 4, craft activities etc, ball pool, playground. short walk to ferry to the beach and short walk into the village (restaurants etc) Satisfactory visit. Most visitors were spanish.

Wonderful location, excellent value for moneyPosted Apr 24, 2011 on Hotels.com
Wonderful location, amazing scenery from almost any point on the hotel grounds. Large rooms, clean bathrooms, beautiful pool area. With free breakfast, free boat rides to to beach across the estuary and free entertainment, this has to be the best beach-oriented tourism hotels I have been to in the seven years I've been living in Spain. The hotel organises loads of activities for those who are interested, and also offers bicycles for rental.

This hotel was brilliant value for money. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The Thursday night seafood buffet was good quality and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
