“Beautiful views from a hill top”

I was staying for work, and here as it was the cheapest place around. I did not expect such a well sized room with an ocean view! On the other side of the building a beautiful view of Boston. Water system made some loud noise whenever using it.. be it flushing the toilet or brushing my teeth. But all in all for the price... I will definitely be back!

“Great Place to Stay!”

The Property Owner was super nice and so accomodating! The location was fabulous and the condo was better than I could ahve imagined! I almost don't want to give it a good review, it feels like I'm letting everyone in on a great secret!

It was best relaxing stay in many years with best views and food. The owner was very prompt and generous. You don't need anything to enjoy your vocation, except cloth.

We enjoyed our one night stay and would definitely return for a longer visit. We enjoyed the great view from the balcony (and from inside sliding glass doors), pleasant roomy interior with all the conveniences we needed to be comfortable and to make our own modest meals if we chose to do so. Excellent value for the low price. The parking on a steep narrow street was a minor inconvenience, but not a major problem.

“Cool Time Away”

This condo is conveniently located by the beach and gives a breathtaking view of ocean sunrises and sunsets. The unit is also conveniently located in a small town setting with convenient shopping and local dining facilities. I had a good time at the location and felt as if I got a great value for my dollar.

Parking is steep! Heat only goes up to 70 degrees.

“Exceptional value”

The value of the place is exceptional even for off season. It was large enough for a couple with a lot of amenities and great location. There wasn't great quality in the workmanship or upkeep. Some brown (maybe old water stains), the toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread and the shower curtain rod was rusty. There were not enough blankets or towels in the place especially for winter but the gas fireplace worked great and heated well. There is a great deck area that is very private, would be a great place in the nice weather. View of the ocean even with the large hotel in front was very nice.

“Very different place to stay, fun.”

It was a studio room in a house, about 2 blocks from the beach. Could sit on the couch and watch the light from a lighthouse. In the summer it would be ultra awesome, in the winter it made for a memorable place to stay (I travel all the time) and I enjoyed it. It is like having a room in someone's house, by the beach. Was working in Chelsea (long commute time wise) and it snowed a bit and the drive was amazing. Be sure to learn to use the gas fireplace and work the heat.

Better than a motel at the same price range. Not easy to find with most of the street signs missing, but was treated well by the owner/manager. Walking distance to the beach and dining spots. I would go back.
