NicePosted Dec 10, 2014
Cons: Complimentary breakfast when booking through Expedia or hotels.com. The breakfast only applies when you book through the hotel.
Location: Far out of the way from where my business was in Boston. Rained the entire week. Didn't get to do much.
Pretty good experience. Beach view. Nice spot. Relaxing

Great stay, highly recommended.Posted Dec 3, 2014
All the staff including the were incredibly accomadating. I especially recommend that you take some time to hang out at the bar as Martini is a great guy and the lobster was absolutely amazing.

Location is great- but!Posted Nov 29, 2014
Pros: Good breakfast! Good location - directly across from the beach!
Cons: Pretty much everything could use refurbishing! Main building may be a little better! South building - not so much! Our room was pretty worn looking!
Location: Location is great for summer - we were there for Thanksgiving but still beautiful ocean!
Not thrilled with our room! We stayed here before but different name (Clarion) would have preferred another room but was told all booked. We arrived long before actual check-in time & we were still able to check in. After seeing room asked for another room & another staff person said they couldn't give us another room but first person who checked us in said that we were there early & not a lot of people had checked in yet! Not happy with that answer but did not want to be confrontational! This hotel is the only hotel in Hull! If we had another choice probably would have stayed somewhere else!

Pleasant stay.Posted Nov 27, 2014
Pros: See above.
Cons: Remove the additional $10 (per day) resort fee. Breakfast (not included) was mediocre.
Location: If you have a car, Boston is a manageable trip.
Fireplace in room was a nice touch and kept us warm. Big clean towels made us smile! Pool (billiards), pool and hot tub were pleasant additions. Bar "on campus" was lively.

Happy AccidentPosted Nov 24, 2014
I was in Boston on business and saw that I could stay near the ocean affordably in the off season. It was great! the hotel had an indoor pool and the rooms had a fireplace that was wonderful. we took all of our meals at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent overlooking the waves crashing on the shoreline. I am so glad to not have been in a big box chain hotel in the city.

Out-of-the-way Stay for Boston TripPosted Nov 9, 2014
Pros: Location, convenience of a restaurant right there, the view.
We chose the hotel to avoid big-city prices for a business trip to Boston and were delighted with the partial ocean view, the in-room fireplace, and the friendly staff. The dinner in the lounge downstairs was good, though loud with football games blaring. The front desk helped with information on how best to get to downtown Boston for the day. The seasonal restaurants weren't open nearby, but it was a short drive to other points of interest.

On the WaterPosted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: Great views, reasonable commute into Boston, good rooms with wonderful beds, and a friendly bar & grill with TVs for watching your favorite sports.
We didn't take advantage, but the waterfront location is wonderful if you like beautiful scenery. And even though it may seem a long way out of town, it really isn't. We rode the Hull Ferry into downtown Boston in only 20 minutes, and used subways to get around other areas of town. Another option is to drive to one of the Quincy stations and train into Boston in around an hour. The hotel is a great value when compared to more expensive inter-city options.
