“My Choice, Everytime”

It is always my favorite choice when I travel to Houston. The staff is the best in most of the U.S. The hotel is quiet, relaxing and out of the way but still close enough to restaurants, stores, gas stations, and entertainment venues (less than .25 mile). If you just want to get off the Beltway, I-45, 610 hustle and traffic jams, stay here.

“Always peace of mind..”

I love staying here. I come to Houston each week if not 3 weeks for the last 10 months and even though I try different places when rooms are not available or just to have a change of scenery, I always come back to this BW. It is so clean, so quiet and comfortable and the staff is awesome. i had skipped a few weeks and was making my tea one morning when their wonderful Front Desk attendant had said Good Morning Dee! I mean, to know my name and who I was with my back turned, was pretty darn sweet. Great place for business travelers or couples who need alone time. Lots of amenities and restaurants around the block.

I was very impressed with how clean the hotel was and how nice the staff was. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. I also thought they had a nice selection of breakfast foods. The coffee was Great too.

“Would stay there again”

Overall, the hotel is great. Only problem is trying to turn West onto FM 1960 (rush hour-next to impossible)

In my opinion this hotel represents very good value for the price paid. Close to the hotel there is an excellent Italian restaurant Hasta la Pasta

“Great hotel!”

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and neat. The hotel allows for pets, which I did not realize. I am allergic to animal dander but did not feel my room had any and did not have an allergic reaction. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

Really nice hotel. For the price, I wasn't expecting anything special, but it was very nice and really well-kept. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had lots of amentites - marble counter tops, fridge and microwave, free wireless access... The staff were all great. They helped me find a nice local place to eat and worked with me the next morning when the outside company I had hired to take me to the airport was having difficulties finding the hotel. Excellent all around and I will be going back.

“Very Nice”

Very nice hotel! Clean, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, great hot breakfast in the mornings. Only mild complaint is that although this was a non-smoking hotel, we could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway. At least that smell didn't come into our room. In spite of that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Convenient to both relatives I was visiting and shopping”

The Hotel was both very convenient to my family, grandson and relatives that I was visiting and also an easy walk to some great shopping. Service was first rate and very responsive. And Housekeeping was especially respectful-quite unlike a majority of places I've stayed recently where housekeeping staff are half way in the room before announcing their presence-I find that kind of behavior beyond reprehensible, and extremely insulting and intrusive, but quite the opposite was evident at my Best Western Hotel. For the most part, they waited until I had actually departed the Hotel before cleaning and the room and only once was I actually in the room and even then, they stayed outside while announcing their presence. That behavior was very appreciated. Amenities were close, breakfast was simple but made for a good way to start the day. And I appreciated the Hotel's accessibility to the airport, folks I was visiting and shopping opportunities.
