The hotel sets off the road and I went right past it. Just down the road it's a pretty junky, scary looking area. I called and found out why I missed it, made a u-turn and went back. The hotel is back off the road and appears to be an older model hotel so I requested to see the room first. I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw and checked in quickly to attend an event with my granddaughter. When we returned together and really looked it over we were very pleased with the room and the queen beds were wonderful! The next night I was in another city but then returned to Houston for two more nights. This time I was in a suite - King bed with sofa. HUGE handicap access bathroom with grab bars and tub chair that would be extremely nice for someone with a handicap. Rooms have small frig and microwave. Everything was very clean. The owner was very sweet and helpful. The continental breakfast was small but tasty. I have no complaints although at first, I admit, I was a little leery. It was very quiet and I felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again.

"the area was kind of crummy but the motel was good"
the motel was right at the belt way which made it a lettle difficlut to get through.
the hotel was clean. a little older but the room was clean, welldecorated.
I loved the clouds they had painted on the ceiling.
I would stay there again. I was accomadated with a handi cap bathroom and that made my stay a lot better.
