I stayed at the hotel with a group of ladies for a women's conference. The Rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was conveniently located across the street from the Hershey conference center.

Disappointed in this Hotel.

Posted Nov 7, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms need to updated. more outlets and
Location: Hershey Park
I booked two rooms expecting that the rooms would be next door to each other but they were not. The rooms had a stuffy odor and were dark. I have been to a lot of Best Westerns and usually find the accommodations satisfactory but i was disappointed.

Do not stay at this hotel.

Posted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The room needs extensive remodeling, including proper curtains for the window.
Location: Close to Hershey Park.
After a long day at Hershey Park, the family was exhausted. My young daughter fell asleep in the car so my husband went to check in. The woman at the counter was very rude. She misread his name on his credit card and implied that he was using a stolen card. Once that was sorted out we went to our ground floor room, which faced the parking lot. The room was dirty looking. The carpet was sticky and stained, wallpaper was peeling, water marks on the ceilings and cobwebs everywhere. Worst of all the window only had a sheer curtain. During the night a bus full of students arrived and we were awoken to headlights and the loud beeping as the bus reversed to park. In the morning we also found a student peering in our window! The topper to the ordeal is that the hotel did not honor the price quoted by Expedia and charged $16 more . When we showed the person our print out from Expedia she stated she would credit us but never did. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

FYI: No elevator

Posted Oct 28, 2014
Location: Plenty of restaurants and two shopping centers within a mile. Hershey park within 3 miles. Outlets just past the park.
Other than not having an elevator, the Best Western turned out to be a far less expensive alternative than other area hotels on the particular Saturday we stayed. If you aren't planning on spending much time in your room, get pricing for this hotel before you commit to another.

Not clean

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Toilet was broken upon entering room, was fixed and then remained running through our stay. Shades were broken, falling off the track. Bed spring was broken. Carpet was filthy!

Hotel close to Hershey Park and restaurants.

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Close to location I was going to. Reasonable rates.
Cons: More wall plugs
Location: Hershey Park is 1 mile away.
Not enough wall plugs. Toilets loose to floor and run all the time. Beds OK a little hard. Nice pillows and plenty of them. Plenty of parking if your towing something. I had a 20 ft trailer in tow. Check out was little tough. Girl behind counter at 4:30 am not sure how computer works to check out with cash. Continental breakfast in lobby.

Pros: Staff were above average: front desk and cleaning.
Cons: Had perpetual problem with room card to open lock.
Location: Around corner from many nation-wide restaurants. Friendlys down the road good. Troegs snack bar should be tried too!
Had stayed in Hershey Inn two weeks before. OK rate for OK stay here.
