“What a great place!”

We were really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this room. It was very spacious and felt more like a condo than a hotel. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. While we didn't use the kitchen, it was large and recently updated. I would have felt very comfortable making a meal here. The decor was clean and tasteful. It was a great place to stay while visiting Hershey, PA. The hotel is located on a quaint downtown street that is great for a morning walk or browsing in the shops. I would definitely come back to this hotel again!

“Great Place to Stay”

This is a converted apartment building near Hershey Park. It's cheaper than the hotels and motels right next to the park and is well worth the 10 minute drive to the park. Each room has a full kitchen and living room. The staff is very pleasant and eager to please. There is no room service or anything like that so be prepared to handle meals on your own.

“Would visit every year, explore more attractions”

My family was very pleased with the room! We got upgraded to a wonderful room with two master bedrooms, living room, kitchen, three bathrooms and an upstairs room with sofa bed and another bathroom. The air conditioning was much appreciated and the kitchen was used everyday for breakfast. There was ample parking behind the building. The size of the rooms enabled all to have a real vacation! The room was cleaned very well every day. Great for large families with small kids and teens.

“Will definitely go back”

The hotel was great. They actually put us in a apartment that had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room and full kitchen. It was close to Hershey park. There was also tennis courts, swimming pool and playground. And it was pet friendly so we could take our puppy! We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to the Hershey area!

“Wonderful for families -- Sweet town, close to Hershey Park”

This worked out so well. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very large (two bedrooms) for the price. The staff was attentive and welcoming. There is no room service, but the rooms have kitchenettes. Hummelstown is a very pretty little town.

“Great Find! Will definitely recommend to Family & Friends.”

Very neat and clean. Since area restaurants for any type of Breakfast meal is quite far, the suites should be equipped with a toaster or toaster oven for bagels or pasteries. This item would be quite helpful since suite units have a full-size fridge and stove. For those staying a few days or longer, only 2 barstools inside kitchen area but no other chairs for sit down eating for a family. Other than these minor suggestions, we will recommend this hotel to others.

I would recommend cocoa Flats to everyone. Its actually a two bedroom suite. Cocoa Flats is cleaner then most five star motels I have ever stayed at. I will stay their again.

“Better than my own home”

Cocoa Flats was soooo much better than a regular hotel. They must be refurbished condominiums because there is so much room! The furniture was better than my own at home. Two huge couches, a living room, big TV, full kitchen, two bedrooms, huge king size comfortable bed, tons of closet space, unbelievably clean, maid service, fluffy towels, good restaurants within walking distance, cute town just outside of Hershey, PA. My husband and I kept saying to each other how nice it is to come back to this place after a long day because it's not "hotelish", it's so much like a private home. It was great. My husband even loved the way the windows worked and how they blocked out street noise. Air conditioners were quiet. There's a keyed elevator, so it's very safe. Right next to a big drug store and gift shop and across the street from the restaurants all the locals hang out, so you know the food is good and affordable. We went there twice, casual atmosphere. Very relaxing. No pool, but that's OK.

Very good for famalies with 3 kids and up. Easy access to Hersey.

“Great accomodations! Only wish it wasn't so close to train tracks!”

Perfect accomodations for a family of five. Nice apartment, and very comfortable. Best of all, parents have their own room with a king sized bed! Unfortunately, the train tracks are a little close and we could hear the train through the night.
