It was loud and had a lot of loud obnoxious people during my stay. There was no conditioner or lotion in my room upon arrival but they did fill it when I asked them to. And for a breakfast I thought was supposed to be included, it was very expensive. Other than that it was fine.

We stayed here bet 7 April - 9 2024 April with my wife and toddler and another family who are our friends. We were about an hiur ealry for our 3 pm check in so we checked with fromt desk - he said the room was not available of which I can undestand. Came back around 3:20 pm and he said we couldn’t check in as it is “not available and besides check in starts at 3 pm?” This to me was not right. The website says 3 pm check in not start to check in. I appreciate it was busy but they should be more forthcoming and transparent in their website about check in times. It was so inconvenient us. Very disappointing to say the least. Very unhelpful too - when we were handed our key cards, the manager who was at the helpdesk just handed it and did not say a word where to go and did not give us any directions. Poor customer service. Some positive - we were allowed to leave some Of our luggage and we were givenbrealfast voucher for the 2 nights. (Thank you) However, I think there’s something to be learned from this poor customer experience.

Called ahead of booking to secure jacuzzi in my room and that promised wasn't fulfilled even after we said something to staff, just gave us complimentary breakfast tickets that didn't really satisfy what I originally wanted.

The staff is very nice. The walls are paper thin. We had a child next to us jumping on the bed, yelling and screaming cuss words at all hours. I don’t recommend this place

Arrived after a full day at Hershey Park, around 5pm, to find out there were no rooms ready for us despite check-in being 3pm. We were told we could sit in the lobby and wait for a room (with others) or come back later. We opted to go to dinner and come back. I’ve never arrived at a hotel well past check-in not to have a room ready. Rooms were outdated as was tv service - no option for Netflix or other streaming services. Only two bath towels in the bathroom, but three of us were staying in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get additional towels. Gym and pool were small, but adequate. I wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend. Have stayed at similarly priced Marriotts lately and the quality is much better.

I was just there for 1 night and it served my purposes for that quite well. The room was quite spacious (though this may have been because it was an accessible room) and the hotel was in a perfect location for food, groceries and gas. My biggest concerns with the room were that the bed was exceptionally firm and that there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets (it had clearly been laundered, but unsettling nonetheless).

Really despise the shared shampoo, condition, lotion dispensers! How are you preventing them from being tampered with? Room was nice size but chair had stains on it. Love the coffee bar but disappointed that breakfast is not included.

It is an older property. I expected more. The carpeting is stained in the hallway. I was put in the first floor. My drapes would not close. The guy in the next room snored all night long - super loud. I asked for earplugs and the snippy associate in the front said “if” they had them, they would be over “there” (as she pointed to their store) and “available for purchase.” Nope! That is not customer service. Will never ever be back. The place gave me the creeps. It sits up on a hill and it was just eerie. It is probably ok for the HersheyPark summers but it is not ok for a business traveler who requires a decent night’s sleep.

I guess being a more upscale hotel chain I expected more. The rate was doubled cause of local events, I paid it thinking it would be nicer, the rooms about the same as Holiday Inn, $16.00 for a breakfast buffet, that most do for free, the hot tub was hot but did not circulate properly, so I overpaid and got average at best. There will not be a next time.

Quiet easy check in process. The room was clean staff was pleasant. Other guests were also pleasant and easy to talk to. I will be staying here again. It’s not to far from Milton Hershey School where my daughter attends.

In general it was a fair stay. It was mostly clean and the staff was pretty quick And nice. That said, it was very loud on the first floor where our room was. I could hear several people in the hallways and other rooms. I wasn’t please that my curtains couldn’t close and I could see into my room from the parking lot, even with the shade down. Lastly, not really within their control, but the fire alarm went off in the morning which was unfortunate but the frustrating part was there wasn’t much communication on their part about if we should evacuate or if everything was okay.

The property is very outdated and parking is inconvenient but the staff is helpful and it’s in a good location. Overall, amenities were lacking (hotel food service, outdated technology, bare minimum in rooms) and I would not stay here again.

Easy to get to. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and informative. Very clean, nice small dining facilities inside where we were able to get a nice breakfast. Only small negative is breakfast is not in included with room, had to pay additional, but no big deal. I would go there again.

Hotel was a bit old on the inside. The condition of the room was not what I'm used to from Hilton and I had One tissue in my box of tissue that was used to make a nice flower on top, but no tissue in the box. Laziness.
