Saturday Night stopoiver

Posted Mar 20, 2013
Pros: The bed were sooo comfortable.
Cons: Cant think of any. Did not eat here so cant comment on food but noticed quite a few people using Breakfast room.
Location: Easy to find and just out of town to be away from noise,
We were lucky enough to be at the back of the complex. As the Motel is situated on the Highway we thought traffic noise would be a problem but it was relatively quiet for a Saturday night. Some young guys staying here used the pool at midnight but was not too noisy and had no problem with any noise from adjoining rooms either. It is well set out, very friendly.

Awful hotel

Posted Mar 16, 2013
Pros: Leaving it
Cons: Noisy, grubby, small rooms
Location: On the highway - noisy, very noisy even up the back
Small rooms right on the highway - very noisy despite them assuring me it was quiet. Awful looking pool. Main reception is around the front - watch your heading on the awning! (Definately not code). No breakfast offered or mentioned. Great place to avoid.

A 1960's motel that hasn't changed since, other than the 2012 prices. Internal block walls painted cream. 1960's kitchen units. A demand to order breakfast which is priced item by item the evening before. No thanks

Stay only if you're desperate

On checkin the receptionist had my booking wrong. One of my children ended up sleeping on an uncomfortable foldaway bed for the nights we were there. I ordered a room with a Queen and single, wifi , breakfast etc, I received a unit with a Queen and no single, no phone, no wifi, not able to order breakfast. This unit was away from the complex. I was forced to pay more for this room!

A comfortable stay.

Pros: Good functional rooms with a comfortable bed.
Cons: Charge for wi-fi.
Location: Easy to find convenient location.
Very nice and helpful people. The restaurant meals were a little expensive I felt and there was a charge for wi-fi, something which most other motels and hotels do not charge for, and should not charge for.

Over priced for the quality of accommadation compared to other motels we have stayed at, would not consider staying again at Best Western.
