This hotel does not accept cash payment. This is unacceptable, cash is legal tender. This policy needs to be reversed. I chose to the option "pay on premise" and was refused cash payment.

We have stayed here before and had a good experience. This time they were having work done on the parking lot and it made getting in and out very difficult. Also, our vehicle was sprayed with whatever asphalt solution they were using and it left a splattering of tar like substance across our windshield, side mirrors and front windows. I spoke to the staff about the situation and they advised they would inform management and get it resolved. They never got back to us about it so I asked again when I went to checkout. They said they didn't know anything about it and no one told them anything. I left a note with contact information, requesting someone from management to get back to me. I have heard nothing. I have tried to call several times and have not been able to reach anyone, despite calling at different times of day. I don't know how I'm going to get all of this stuff off of my vehicle but I know it's going to cost a good bit. Needless to say, I'm a bit frustrated and disappointed as we are repeat customers and always take good care of the space when we are there.

Jamar and Alicia have best hospitality and customer service. They are very professional and courteous and they help whenever it is needed. There's another lady she doesn't have very good customer service skills who works the front desk I want to say she's of Jamaican descent she just walks off in the middle of being talked to and she doesn't really respond. I've had a problem with one of the cleaning staff ladies but the people at the front desk quickly helped that problem. Other than that it's been a great stay I've been here for over 3 weeks. I've enjoyed staying here.

Hotel is busy area for restaurant choices and close to highway. Lots of construction happening (3/2024). Our room was clean but the toilet was missing the lid, the floor level window did not shut all the way or lock, and the room door stuck if you open the handle down. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Staff was polite. Got a water leak in the hall when we arrived but it got cleaned up.

Staff is great! Shower rail was hanging on by a thread, hanging out the wall and toilet leaked when you flush. Bed was okay, bring own pillows though they’re not very comfortable. Considering the price I paid per night though these are issues I could live with. Area is very convenient too. Be careful pulling into the drive of the hotel, it’s steep and your car will scrape if not careful.

l booked and paid online, the money was deducted from my account. l arrived and had to pay again under a entirely different booking, and was charged more. The hotel has not released my money, it has been 7 days. The room was ok, but l was fraudulently overcharged and now fighting to get refunded. Jamar the daytime associate was very helpful though.

I reserved a room with two queens for four adults. When we arrived I was told they were over booked and we were given a room with a king and a pull out bed. The pull out had no linen and the front desk could only give us sheets. The mattress on the pull out had a large stain (?blood). There were only three towels in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a couple days while visiting friends. It’s close to many restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The included breakfast is okay. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner but wasn’t so bad I wouldn’t stay there. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Terrible stay here. Checked into our first room only to find that the toilet did not work. We were moved to another room only to have noise all night that sounded like a pump running. Went to management to complain stating that the room is uninhabitable. Management’s response was “sorry “ and that was it. Definitely not what I would expect from a Best Western Plus hotel. To top it all off, went to their breakfast in the morning to be told there are no knives available.

Comfortable for family of 3 plus our dog. Quick check in. Very clean. Basic accommodations for one night. Fridge and microwave clean and working. Would stay again if needed. Breakfast was hot scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and biscuits plus your other staples.

weekend stay
The 4-day stay was nice, Erica the night clerk was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet. both Friday and Saturday we got there at 8am and almost everything was gone, and the morning desk person really didn't seem to be very attentive to replenishing things. Monday morning was better. other than that everything was nice.

The back door was not able so it just stay open all night and once in the room the water was so loud coming out the shower head which was so dirty plus it mildew on the ceiling… I would love to have a full refund because I was unsatisfied with my stay

Wouldn't ever go back, the room smelled like smoke, I layed in the bed and kept hearing a beep.....it was the smoke detector hidden under the bed. I told the front desk about the issue and they would fix it immediately and never did anything or replace the detector

We've stayed here several times over recent years, but this will probably be our last time. The rooms are dated and have not been well maintained. Staff seem disinterested. I think we can find a better place for a similar price in future.

The staff was very friendly when i got the hotel. My room wasn't ready one of my other rooms didn't even have rhe beds made. Mine didn't have the smoke dectector installed just some wires and the base plate thats it. Not very happy at all.

Staff was so friendly, the room was clean. I appreciated the citris toiletries, smelled wonderful. Liked that they had food delivery, i don't like dining out by myself, so delivery was excellent!!!

Think twice about staying here.
I was told that breakfast was available until 9:30am. I arrived at 9:05 and grabbed a few items. The man working the breakfast area was very rude and told me it was closed. He had attitude with me.
