Amazing place for family

We had family arriving from all over the country - using the Hampton as our base of operations. Amazing and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, tremendous breakfast options. During the evening, we gathered in the breakfast area to share pictures and memories - and the staff made us fresh coffee and provided some comfort food snacks. Just outstanding all around.

Hard to find

Hotel is hidden behind a gas station and a Sonic. There is no Hampton entrance from street. Once You get there hotel is nice.

We typically tell our guests that we are located next to the Cracker Barrel restaurant and to turn into the entrance marked with the Cracker Barrel sign and then go to your right where you will see the entrance sign for Hampton Inn. Clean, no bugs, free breakfast

Location: Location is near mall and reasonably priced restaurants
Hotel is RN down and shabby. Could do with some paint

Average Hotel. Nice bedding. Friendly at checkin.

Pros: pillows
Cons: check out leniency
Location: good location of restaurants, food and stadium
The maids walked in room on ck out day at 10:30am on us. Then they called immediately at 11am to tell us that it was check out time. Talk about rude.

D'hôtel staff did not prepare evening snack. Parking lot security appears very questionable! One of two elevators was not working. Everything else appeared above average a 3 star motel.

Although per Hilton’s standards we do not put them out during the weekend, they are a popular treat with our weekday guests. We did experience a very brief issue with one of our elevators which left it inoperable for a few minutes and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. I am sorry to read your comments regarding our parking lot; please be assured that our guests’ safety is our top priority. Hilton and it's properties don't get cust loyalty

No problems at all with this facility, but I booked it not remembering that Hampton is a Hilton brand, and I could have gotten honors points. I called the Hampton after departing. Nice young fellow said the system wouldn't let them enter my account number now, and to call the 800 number. The 800 number said call back in five days. Really? Since I didn't remember before that Hampton belongs to Hilton, they sure missed an opportunity to show that customer loyalty to that brand is important.
