“Good value”
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good. Parking garage seems to have been in a state of repair for a long time -- no specific problems on this trip with parking "on the street" but possibility of problems is a concern.
“Huntington great stay”
Nice hotel convenient to Marshall U, downtown restaurants and shops, incredibly friendly staff. Perfectly fine stay. Have no fear.

I stayed for one night at Pullman Plaza. It was very conveniently located to where I needed to be and they allowed for an early check in which was wonderful for me. The valet parking was a nice touch. When I checked in, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the service was adequate. I was hoping for the price that the place would be nicer. The building is old, the elevator is noisy, and it seriously needs some updating. In fact it was a very nice hotel when I went to Marshall 20 + years ago. At that time, it was the Raddison. Would I stay there again? Probably, it is close to everything that I need when I'm in Huntington. Would I recommend it to someone else, probably.
“Erin's Graduation”
The surroundings were fine, restaurant good but hotel needs to train employees on assisting travelers. Ask one individual if they worked there (restaurant), she said yes, asked another question and she said "I don't know, I'm just a maid." No offer to find the answer, etc. Ask the desk clerk if another storm was due; her response "I don't know". No "I'll find out for you", etc. Little things mean a lot.
“best in Huntington”
It's the tallest building in the town, about 10 floors or so....for a town like huntington, west va, the pullman plaza was like a resort/hotel....
“Very impressed!”
The hotel staff were perhaps the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered. The hotel, including our room, was spacious, immaculately clean and very well appointed. We were not only entirely satisfied but very impressed!
