“Would stay again”

We had a great stay. Things were quite and comfortable.

“Great Hotel in Decatur AL”

Room was very large. Bedroom had 2 Queen beds which were very comfortable and lots of nice, soft, fluffy pillows. Adjoining room was quite large with sleeper couch & very comfortable chair with a nice TV. Did not have to lay in or sit on bed to watch TV, but could if you wanted to because there was a TV in bedroom. Large compact refrigerator, microwave, coffe maker and sink in adjoining room with large table. Water for bath/shower was plenty hot. Great value for the money. We were very pleased and would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything, we will be going back. We don't live but about 45 min away, but for a min vacation its worth it.

We loved it because it wasn't your usual Country Inn. Well worth going way downtown in Decatur. We will stop there again.

“Old, but nice”

We had to move from one room to another due to a faulty air conditioner. But, the staff was EXTREMEMLY accomodating. We had the cheapest room. And, we still got EXCELLENT service. The hotel is older than some, but still a GREAT value. I recommend it and WILL stay there again, this year, multiple times.

“Out of the Way”

The hotel was located several miles off the highway and difficult to find even with a GPS. We waited in a long line to check in since there was only one person working the desk. There was some confusion as to the number of rooms reserved, but thankfully I had my confirmation printed and with me. I had booked 3 rooms, and they were located on different floors and in different locations in the hotel. The rooms were adequate and roomy. However there was a train located close to the hotel which could be heard at all times day or night. The continental breakfast was included, but seating was a premium.
