No matter what I did with the thermostat, the AC kept running and it was cold in the room. And the vanity for the bathroom sink is very high and deep. It was difficult and uncomfortable to use for someone short.

“We'll stay here again!”

We had to find a room on a busy weekend for our family of four---including two teens that don't get along most of the time. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel to be update, quiet and very clean. It's not a "luxury" hotel, but the updated decor and furnishings are beyond what I expected. I'd give this a 4.5 simply because the thermostat on the window unit AC ran either very cold, or too warm. But that's a limitation of that kind of unit.

“Nice Stay at Best Western Plus”

The room was nice, clean and very quiet. Could not hear any neighbors or outside noise. The king bed was comfortable, but did not like the small pillows. Had to cram two into one pillow case to make a decent sized pillow. The flip over door lock was missing part of it so you don't get the extra security at night. The shower head is so high up, Shaquille could get good coverage under it. The hot breakfast...well, we skipped it. It was scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy. Okay for some, but not what we were hoping for. IHOP and Denny's are only couple hundred feet away. The continental type offerings looked good and with a nice selection of foods and drinks. Breakfast at IHOP was great. The thing I disliked the most about our room was the AC. It worked great, putting quite a chill to the room. But when it cycled off and on during the night it kept waking us up. We finally had to switch it to fan only and forget the AC while sleeping. The thing I liked the best was it was very comfortable and quiet.
